The concept of this app could be so useful. Unfortunately I cannot even finish creating my sign in because I have to get the confirmation # from my email. As soon as I go to my email and then right back to the page, it has refreshed therefore the process has restarted. This is easily fixed if you use two different devices for set-up. I do not have access to two separate devices 😔

App is nearly useless on my galaxy S20+. The only thing I actually can accomplish is pull up a digital Medicaid card. When attempting to pull up my benefits the page is blank with only a title bar. When I get a notification that I have message from NV Medicaid I can see the important form I am supposed to print and sign and return but hey.... Guess what...? There is no option to print or even delete or save a message or attachment. Unfixed for 3+ years now. This app is so poorly designed.

Helpful but on my Android phone the app does not have all the features it's supposed to have like myHelp. And unfortunately I am unable to add my two minor children to my account so unable to see their medical history or cards. Other then that's it's a good app for finding a Dr near by.

On the faqs page the text runs off the page. I can't resize it or scroll to read it. So I guess call and wait on hold for a couple hours to get transferred to another department where the call drops, and repeat.

🖐🏻 The NVMedicaid app gives random or no information about my coverage, claims, medicines, procedures, lab results, and medical history. The app looks like it would be very useful if it could show me this information. 🙏🏻 Please improve the app, I would definitely use it instead of paper/US Mail if it did what it's meant to do.

So mich could be done to make this app more useful. Not easy to find Doctors. Incorrect information including weather the different docs are accepting new patients. To see what the pharmacy and Doctors and Hospitals bill to medicaid and what actually gets paid is very informative. Confusing links also

Your two step verification is a joke. It barely gives you enough time to input your code.Not to mention it doesn't send your code to your email address in time. You're better off, making it a phone number or email address

Super slow never loads and has very few information about your medical history, Doctors and diagnosis medication and extra security is okay but still for the app to be a government self service app doesn't work at all.
