Paid for a subscription and as soon as i opened the game to play, it glitches out. Wont go past loading screen or anything. Ive uninstalled it multiple times too. Total waste of money. Edited to add in 2023: game still glitches out. Random disconnects, glitches, and game play issues. They really should put in a computer player when a person leaves. Edited to add in 2024: game still charges me for a subscription that does not work. Game still has adds and won't let me participate in premium games

This is my favorite game. My only complaint is quitters. People sometimes quit when they are losing which leaves the other players waiting and waiting for a replacement player. If a player never joins and you eventually give up and leave the game, it counts as a loss even if you were ahead 60-0. Could the people in charge of this app put a bot in the game after a short time so the remaining players can finish it and move on instead of taking an undeserved loss?

To be honest the game has some glitches I wish they would fix, being a pedro / pidro player for over 40 years I don't see why this happens. Issue (1) when the game is over you have a option to continue playing if your on a league table or hit the home option to go back and find a new table. The problem is if someone doesn't do anything it puts that person back on the table automatically, then when the table is full you have to wait 3+ minutes for that person to drop off. We wait long enough to fill a table we should not have to wait longer because the app doesn't know what to do with the person when it should automatically just drop them, allowing them to pick a new table. Issue (2) There is a "Good Try" and a "Un Lucky" tab, seems redundant and personally telling someone their "Un Lucky" is a insult, they should keep the "Good Try" and change the Un Lucky to "Nail Biter" there are many times the game is so close it is a nail biter. Issue (3) When you know you are going to do maintenance on the program, since you have everyone's email, you should send out a mass email to registered players that the game will be down and another when you bring it back up. Issue (4) You should eliminate the option to chat during the game and allow players the ability to chat before the game which sometimes takes forever. I'm from California and most players I play with are from Louisiana or Finland, it also eliminates the opportunity for players to bully and use vulgar language at other players. Then add a few more. preset tabs like "Great Comeback" "Good Catch" this will move the game along much faster and keeping other players who are not interested from dropping the table. Otherwise I love the game and all the new friends I've met playing. I'd love to hear back from the administrators of the game. Thank you for listening.

Pretty good app, but need to be able to delete "Friends". Right now you can't. In addition, the "Block" feature doesn't seem to work, so you can't block undesirable players. They seemed to have solved some the server issues with this update (you may get kicked off the server at random when starting a game). I hope that the new card shuffle will result in more equitable hands! I enjoy playing with folks around the world.

Update; New updates are the bomb. Now what are cheaters going to do? Thank you! Old review: Too easy to cheat without consequences. Multiplayer option tells me I don't have an internet connection but lets me choose the single player option. I haven't renewed my subscription due to so many issues but was going to try and play again due to the recent updates. All I can say is try again.

Overall a good app, but there's one huge problem: if one player leaves or disconnects in the middle of a game, the others have to wait until a new player joins before they can finish the game. This means that if a player rage quits when they're losing, the other team can't win and if they leave after waiting for a new player that never comes, it counts as a loss. The CPU is a good player, and this problem could be fixed by automatically replacing disconnected players for example after 2 minutes.

The core gameplay is what I would expect. The issues around it however make it a frustrating experience. Around 20% of games I join fail to start due to me being kicked from the table after a minute due to "connectivity issues". I have a good and stable connection. Also, if a player leaves the table during the game it will get stuck in limbo waiting for someone new to join, which rarely happens. Eventually the players only option is to leave taking a hit to winrate and fair play statistics.

I'm a paying customer (subscription ends in April 2022), yet for some reason my account defaulted to being a basic non-paying member in August 2021. My member "Star" has disappeared from my avatar, I can no longer invite friends, nor start a multi-player table. Everytime I attempt to, it brings up the Subscription table with the subscription options. I select the 1-yr payment plan and it then tells me that I'm already a paying member, yet the game says im not. Please fix this error. Check email
