I give it a one start now. Was atleast a 4 star. Don't know what happened but all I get now on the app is a white screen. I've deleted an reinstalled app several times and same thing. I have a samsung phone. Wife has apple and she has no issues. What happened to this app. Update: I did the hard reset and it is still not working. Update. Tried hard reset again and still didn't work.

The recent update deleted all of my old prescriptions. It doesn't show old Rx. And It's not in archived. And I need a refill of my migraine Med by my new doctor but they don't have the instructions. I tried to call the pharmacy and they were closed for lunch. I used the contact us page to report this Tech issue, and the technical issues button doesn't even work. So that's another Tech issue. Plz fix! Please bring back all of the prescription history like it used to be!! Thank you.

Latest update took away functionality. The list of medications is gone. Note you have to scroll horizontally through a slow list of meds. There is no listing for meds due for refill and such as before. The ready for pickup option does not update when you have picked up a med. The app does not notify you when a med is ready for pickup.

There was an issue with the app. I gave the app a low rating. The developer responded to my low rating. But the app still does not work. I had to request a code be texted to me I got the code and the code is denied. It tells me there is an error. None of my meds show up. The app recognized my med and me when i scanned it, sent the text, but gives me an error code when i enter the code.

App not working! Spoke to customer service. With your lastest update, Android versions less than 13 aren't supported now, mine is a 12. Oct. 31 - Called back to customer service after reading about the update. Under App Info states the Required OS Versions 8 and above are supported, I have Version 12. Mine is still not working. This time, I was told the update does not support One UI Version 4.1 which I have. Please advise.

I have had this app for years and loved using it on my Galaxy Z Fold 5. It has stopped opening. When I click on the app, it just goes to a solid white screen. I have tried uninstall and re-install 4 times. I have turned my phone on and off twice. No change.

Horrible. Trying to renew prescription at a different Publix. My favorite store is being remodeled. App tells me I have account set up whole simultaneously asking me to add a patient to continue setting up my account. Shows no prescriptions. I enter my prescription number and it says already entered. If you counted on this app to make life easier, you can forget that idea!

App was working on my phone and my husband's phone but now upon opening app we both get a blank white screen. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and still same screen. We are both android users if this helps to give us a fix. As of Dec. 4th still can not use the app, white screen only appears!
