The option to cancel an order on the app is not available. There is a cancel button, once you press it the app tells you to call the store. So now I'm waiting for the store to release my money. Honestly not sure how I ended up at the store in Marion. I clicked Valparaiso, it even asked if I wanted to order from Valparaiso however once I clicked pay it told me I was ordering from Marion. They aren't close in location geographically or on the list.

Yum, good food! Today, I took my friend out to lunch. She was feeling a little depressed. her daughter has been ill. Food is very reasonable priced. Kris, one of the workers, was very helpful. I just signed up for the rewards points.

I love Italian food. So Fazoli's works for me as a fast food Italian eatery. The food is also really good.

Although the app makes it easy to scan and earn, we had been saving points to get the highest reward - the 125-point pasta duo. We just got to that two weeks ago (we now have 136 pts) and although the app says "you have unlocked all offers", that is no longer true. With no warning (no email notification nor in-app notification), that reward now needs 200 points. I understand that Fazoli's can make changes but being secretive about changes is not customer-friendly.

Never works. Will allow me to get all the way to payment and then it can't "validate the cart". So much for convenient. This is the 2nd time in the last 2 times over 4 months that it has done this. It's ridiculous! So when people are waiting for food, it's now double the time because we have to physically go and then wait on the food that should have been ready upon arrival if we could order using this "convenient" app. I checked for updates and that was not the issue. This app sucks.

UPDATE: App updated and new ugly yellowish icon. I can't use because it says it wants my phone number then says it's already in use. Duh. I can't go any further. I contacted the developer noted below and received a response that same day that corrected the problem. I like the discountSwitching phones is a pain. I forgot password and tried several times. I even deleted app and reloaded again. Message that phone is in use but I had not been able to open the app. It would be nice for a text option.

Was not able to log in to scan to earn points. O.k., I thought, might be the wifi connection at the location. Tried to bring up the app at home, & nope, same thing there. All I get when I try to bring up the app, is a page with a picture of 3 pasta dishes & bread sticks. Doesn't go any further than that.

The previous app worked great and the rewards program was top notch. Redeeming rewards was practically flawless. Now this... a first-grade kid designed the new app and a bunch of idiots changed everything good about the rewards program. I also have to go through the entire intro, then log in each time. I'm going to give it a little more time and delete it if it isn't fixed. ◇ Update: after a couple of months, nothing has changed, so I am done. Deleting this app.
