Went into one, it was very hot and felt very irritated by the heat so i checked out and went into another one. The very same condition as the previous one. I first thought the fan was turned off when i came in but NO! they were turned on from the start. This one is at Rivervale Plaza. A very bad first impression on me. Hope other switches at other location is not like this.

Faulty scanner. Couldn't scan out. Called support, took 30mins to answer while metering still running. Told me to walk 500m for auto scan out. In the end, paid additional hour for nothing. When I ask for refund, was told to write email. Wrote email and till now, no response. Bad service. Never going there again. Anyway, the fan soo slow. Damn hot n stuffy. Was perspiring. And it's expensive too

Where do I begin? 1) App locations are not updated. The booths at Home TeamNS Bukit Batok are not usable. It's been chained up. And the booths at Great World City are gone. Wasted my time travelling down to both places only to find out I can't use the work booths. 2) For the existing booths, as mentioned in the other reviews, the fan don't seem to be working and it's extremely hot and stuffy. I have been using Switch for close to 2 years now and it's clear the standards are dropping.

Be careful when using the Switch service. I had difficulty scanning out from the work booth and was charged usage fee for the entire day. Customer service hotline was never answered and no reply to the e-mail about the issue. Use at your own risk!

---- Take note, the app is flagged as High risk malware by Norton 365 on Android as of 14 April 2021. ---- Tried the one at Waterway point, interior looks good. Charging ports not enough, there's only 1 and I needed 2 to charge my laptop and phone. Area is clean, but doesn't have wipes for consumers to wipe down the table, to further sanitise the area. Table quite not really suitable if you are a student who needs to use laptop and take down notes, but its possible if you just need to do a video conference. Privacy and noise isolation, needs improvement. Would be better if the privacy film is applied throughout the glass panel, or make it an opaque one. And as noise, I think it only blocks out 40% of the noise, needs to do more to improve, if not see not much of a difference sitting in a cafe. Door knob should be made static once the room is occupied, to avoid distractions of people trying to force open. Personally experience it 3 times in my 8 hours long journey at switch. Charged by per minute, fair enough. For the promotion price of $3.60 per hour, I think it's decent. But won't pay $7.60 per hr, because if I really needed to use 8 hours or more a day, I would have gotten a budget hotel with better facilities and quieter environment.

Good app. But I have to rate it down due to safety. Poor booth ventilation. For users who have illness related to poor airflow, you need to avoid. Poor support. Booth fan was not working, change booth immediately but refused to refund. Poor customer experience. Can try the hot desk (which is managed by their experienced partners instead of the switch booths. To me Switch focuses more on the technical side, the convenience and recruiting partners. Good concept let down by its support.

Due to a hectic Saturday schedule, we planned to avail of working spaces at the Razer SEA HQ in one north. Once we got there, the building was closed - the JustCo desk is supposed to be at L7 - but there was no way to get in. The app clearly stated that this location was open, but it definitely wasn't. Fortunately we found a seat at the nearest starbucks to compensate. As what others mentioned, the locations seem to be not updated.

booked a place via this platform. the place is owned by third party owner, who informed Switch that they were not able to honor the request as it is full. Switch said ok, but never informed me and just gave me a booking pass for the visit. when I reached, I was unable to access. switch 's customer service was via email, so I reached out to the third party owner, who showed me the email correspondence. No apologies by the company, who just refunded me with a simple "processing your refund" msg.
