Like several other people, I can see myself in the preview, but as soon as my therapist starts the appt, my video turns off. She can't do my appts without seeing me. I typically have to leave the appt and rejoin several times to get the video to stay on. I have tried to use headphones so I can hear better. My phone doesn't have a headphone port, so I use Bluetooth. They work fine with anything else on my phone, but will not work with this app, so I have to just strain to hear.

Unfortunately, this mobile app (Android) doesn't recognize any of my Bluetooth devices, I can't connect during sessions with my clients. A year ago this was NOT an issue! This year, i have tried to connect to 3 different brands of Bluetooth headphones and no success. This is a HUGE problem now because it leaves me with "speakerphone" as the only audio option during telehealth sessions, which is not a viable option as it does not ensure the client's privacy during sessions. PLEASE FIX THIS!!??

The app was working fine until a recent update a few days ago. The app now has a bug and frequently crashes, I believe the bug is now draining my battery and my S23 keeps prompting me to put this app in deep sleep mode. The app has multiple "participants" in the session, where there are squares but nobody is there. If I leave and join again, it's even more squares when I come back. It takes me 5-10 times to login because it keeps disconnecting. The app also keeps freezing.

The app doesn't seem reliable - 2 out of 3 times I've been disconnected. The app shows there's a strong connection, so I'm not sure the cause. Suggestions: enable Bluetooth audio connectivity; multi-tasking; video background blur; access video/audio settings prior to joining a meeting

My therapist and i almost always have a delay in connecting. If we manage to connect, sound and video often have problems. If I navigate away from the screen we see each other, to open a text or email, when I go back to the video screen, we are unable to reconnect video, only voice. Our connection didn't work so my therapist had to reset or resend a link. All this seems to take 10-15 min out of our precious time together. Almost every time. All this super thickens my video therapy hate.

Initially, the person on the videocall with me only intermittently could hear my voice. I had to leave the call and then be reinvited. Later, the image on both screens started freezing. Once the visual aspects returned to normal, then she lost the sound of my voice totally, so she muted the video call's sound and received sound via a phone call to me. *BUT when the audio and video worked, the sound and images were high-quality; so some me of the kinks need to be worked out.

technically does the job, but not very well. if you switch apps even briefly it'll cut the connection without telling you; it'll look like you're still in chat, but neither you nor your provider can read each others' messages. there's no way to save chat logs. worst of all, it eats up my battery like nobody's business and brings my phone to a boil every single time, even when exclusively using chat (and not the more data-costly audio or video). stunningly inadequate for a legally mandated app.

I can see myself in the preview but when the clinician joins my video stops. The app says I have good-to-excellent signal strength. I've tried reinstalling it but that doesn't fix the problem. As others have said, the meeting gets cut off when the app loses focus, even just checking the notifications bar. Audio over Bluetooth is difficult to use, and switching audio devices within the app doesn't always work.
