Was a great app. The devs (in standard dev fashion) have decided that if it ain't broke break it. Forcing us to use 2.0 even though it's worse than the last time they tried to make us switch. Essential functions (like "complete job") are gone making it unnecessarily complicated to close out the job and the devs have also decided that movers don't deserve tips and have taken away the ability to do so on the card. Management is also having an extremely hard time navigating this "improved" version.

Hate this latest update, can't see half the stuff u were able to before. Crewmates and trucks are no longer seen and that was the plus on this app. Moverbase is better now for my company, please go back to the old update

Not working more than half the time I try to use it and find out important information such as job location and customer phone number. Makes it impossible to access. I am asked EVERY SINGLE TIME if I am a robot and doesn't ever appear until after trying to log in and then I "have exceeded maximum login attempts so I am just unable to log in. Fix this and I will change my 1 star review. - Android User..... (not a robot, I repeat, not a damn robot. Never happens to IPhone users. Make it make sense

It's great when it works. However it keeps forgetting what my password is and not letting me log in so I have to have my back office change my password which only works for a few weeks max before it needs to be changed again. It also does not remember that I have biometric log in turned on except for maybe once a week it'll work

This app is needed cause the company I work for requires this good and terrible app. This app doesn't include a non revenue timer for before and after the jobs. Which would help so employees wouldn't have to hunt down all that extra works that this app voids. Place a non revenue indicator before the enroute and after the job completion. It would solve a lot of problems

I find it really annoying that it gives me the option to stay logged in but then it doesn't keep me logged in and I have to put in my password everytime. Would be a great app if it was to be fixed. Other than that no complaints

be great if it didn't log you out all the time. I was forced to remember my username and password lol. other than that I absolutely love the app... 😍

It does the required. But will log you out everyday (even though they literally have zero information that could be stolen) they think they should control how time works, not the actual user. Then want to make me play Pic 50 pictures to prove I'm not a robot. If my company didn't force me to use this I would've been rid of it a long time ago
