This has so much potential. However, I don't think the business model is set up for success. It only operates from 11 am - 6:30 pm, which excludes most people with a day job. The times I need this service are A) in the early morning (to catch a flight/ferry etc), B) in the evening (dinner plans), or C) late-night Fridays/Saturdays so I can have a few drinks without needing to drive. Consider demand-based pricing - I would happily pay more for this service if it had better availability.

It would be great if the bus ran later into the evening and had a wider service area, but the thing I'd like to see most is the ability to book ahead of time before 11am. As there aren't any busses running until then, the app locks you out of pre-booking for earlier in the morning. This can make it stressful to know how you're getting around. Also, sometimes the arrival time predictions are weird, it'll tell me pick up at 12, drop off at 1:45, like a huge gap. Drivers are great, though!

Awesome service used app 2days in a toe first day no problems used bus 2times than second day it was saying that the wait time was 45minutes plus but used 3 times and was there when I was trying to get them to pick me up so was able to jump on 2of the times there was other passengers but was fine

best ever just wish it went to cranberry and townsite to and reserve or Lund out south would be even better

It's a wheelchair accessible bus and they refuse to pick up wheelchair users. And they can't tell me why. So I'm just trapped now with no way to get to my appointment.
