Great, useful, well designed app. This is not only everyday useful, it is a great example of how to design a graphic user interface. As a long-time IT pro designer, I know a good interface when I see one. I've used it on Windows for years and now on Android. I could no recommend it any more highly. (No, I'm not on the payroll. This is a great app.)

Great app, one I use daily. I'm delighted with the clean design from the start and how it has remained simple, efficient, and to the point. It has always worked for me and has become steadily better over the years, faster and better and always on top of the Android OS evolutions and shipping carrier innovations. Highly recommended! I see Google is promoting for collaborative and file sharing feature info, but these would be unnecessary complexity and overhead to me.

Great Packages Tracker, been using it for years on Windows PC since day one, then started using it on Android since it got released. If your having the issue of Amazon signing in but keeps asking to resign back in everytime you open the App, here's a Fix, only if you have a Windows PC. 1. Sign into Amazon on the Packages Tracker for Windows 2. Go to settings, then services sign into Amazon. 3. Make sure your settings in the App are set to sync between devices. Now it works. 👍👍👍👍👌

I don't usually post ratings but I had to comment on the excellent service provided by the developer. This is an excellent app which does what it says. The other morning I discovered that UPS had posted a package four hours in the future. I sent a note to the developer and heard back in ten minutes. After a couple of clarification emails I was told he found the time issue and would post a correction the next day. He followed through and the issue was resolved. The best service. Thank you!

Still not working correctly after all this time. It doesn't seem to be working smoothly with Amazon anymore. Original review - Used to be great but it seems like the past few updates have ruined it. The app is not updating itself I have to go in and manually check for package status on both my Android phone and my Windows PC.

i have been using this app on windows for years now. i just moved back to android and am ecstatic that this app has an android version - it is hands down one of the best package tracking apps in existence on any platform, only rivaled (but not exceeded by) juneclouds solution on the mac. i have only run into a couple of issues over the years, and each time the developer was responsive and got it corrected within 24 hours. i wish all software devs were like this.

Excellent free package tracker that works just as well as the subscription services. My only complaint is it still tries to update several times a day even when there are no packages in the list, which unnecessarily consumes battery life. Update: bought the pro upgrade and the Amazon integration doesn't work at all. Just logs in, goes to the order page, and logs out again without adding any packages.

(March 2019)I have been using this app for about 10 days. I have tried 20+ tracking apps but this one has become clearly my NUMBER 1. The most elegant UI, everything is how I should expect it to be, but of course, most importantly, the most comprehensive information about the tracking events. Currently I track 11 outgoing and incoming (to USA) parcels and also the domestic ones. Where some others show 'no data' this app meets the challenge It is clear that the developer has devoted a lot of time and effort to make it work for the benefit of the user. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.......PS 3/28/19. Another positive aspect of this app. I needed to fully reset my Tab, so I backed up my 15 packages to OneCloud. After the reinstallation of this app, I restored the backed up data. Went flawlessly in about 1 second, all data 100% correct. (March 2021): Can't beat the customer service of the developer. Adds carriers upon request. Also, one of the few apps that also works in landscape mode (a necessity for tablet users) * * * * *
