It's the second time they charged me and didnt send my order. Last time I waited for a month with no refund, and they only sent the refund after I called them, 5 weeks later! I already cancelled my subscription Unless these issues dissapear I will consider switching to a different provider. I use delivery apps everywhere in the world, none of them has the issues and unprofessionalism Talabat proves when it comes to payment errors and reimbursment.

All the time making problems the food is coming late and when u dont receive what u order u can die they will not help u just will send the food after hours of waiting and making complains 3 chat I open with them for my food 1. I dont know what happen he close it 2. I make the complain he say they will send my exact order .... nothing happened 3. I start again to chat with them this time with Haroon Babar and he dont want to help me with anything only giving me some s...t answer
