Most of the time cheap fare. I reported once for passenger did not pay the fare but Maxim only claimed they put the account "in debt". In reality, i never got the payment back. Next time, i will definitely use physical altercation on passenger because Maxim failed to resolve the issue.

I generally like the app. Its great. However, even if I log out, it still notifies me about orders in the background. Clearly something is still working on the app even after logging out and force close the app. Its very intrusive. I can only cease it by uninstalling. This behavior happens on all of my 3 phones. x2 Android 13 and x1 Android 12. And yeah, I had been using the app for years now

I hope the application can develop by adding font size in setting, because Driver is using the apps through riding. So we can't easily read the text properly. Other than that, could you add the name who ordered the trip in passenger apps as mandatory. This is more efficient for drivers in asking who is in order.

I just use but can realize the google map and waze map are slow also look like not the new version from google map. Another refund earning from this app to bank account quite many days, not sure only in my current living country or what. Actually i really hope can update the google map with new version and fast a bit when after pick up customer, won't got mistake to show the pick up point for going drive to destination place, need to close the google map and reopen few times will become normal

I'm giving taxsee 3 stars because 1.the rides are so cheap 2.the commission taken is too much higher 3. The client can cancel the order even though you have reached his/her destination. And more issues

Deducts ur money when u have to cancel scam orders. Customer service won't respond. No response after submitting dispute for the deduction too. Scam, making money from drivers even though the app auto assigns the scam orders.

Their service with regards to their riders is very bad. they dont treat part-timers with the same respect as they give to the priority riders. they make up violations so that they can give you a penalty. I am a rider and I hope they can change those treatments with regards to their riders.
