Upon starting, after I've completed the checklist of, adding a bank,n verifying email. It won't allow me to do the last task adding a profile pic. it stays on the loading page until I shut down the app. Un download it Re-download it. Check for any updates. But when I attempt to add a photo again it told me that I need to fix my permissions. But all the permissions were allowed. Everything was toggled to have permission for everything needed. But it still won't let me add a picture. Ugh pls hlp

Horrible, worked a job on November 4th, and still haven't seen any money and the app has said in transit due November 5th. The only response I get from the help option in the app is some auto generated email with an answer that isn't even related to my question or my missing payment. If you like working for free, then this is the app for you..

First it had me contact support to activate my account. Once my account was activated It says that the app isn't available in my area. So, I went through the whole background check & registration process and even had to contact support for activation just for it not to be available. Like that would've been nice to know beforehand. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because support responded quickly. I downloaded this app to make money because I'm between jobs; definitely a disappointment!

This platform is a joke. Please don't waste your time trying. Took me over 1 year to get a booking on here. The first booking, I had to pay out of pocket to wash the linen. I was told I would be reimbursed for the $15 I spent but only got $10. Was also told that they would extend the time which is supposed to be more pay but didn't get that either. I thought maybe that was just a weird experience, I decided to give them another try. I had my 2nd booking on January 13 and still haven't been paid

had this app for 6 months paid for my background check and have yet only seen one job that was sent to me in a text. 1 job out of 6 months is pretty crazy for a 25 dollar background check you have to pay for plus your own gas and cleaning supplies seems pretty scammy if u ask me!

I was contacted by a woman named Margie at 7:30 in the evening, she was in a bind, needed someone in my area for the next day. My background wasn't cleared yet so I sent her a background check id had done previously. I accepted the job which was suppose to be 5 hrs. It took 8 hrs to complete was 35 miles away not to mention I had a home I cleaned in the morning before I went. They still haven't paid me. In fact they ignored my calls, won't rey to messages, so I used my gas, my cleaning supplies

Very meager payout, obnoxious customer service team and they will want you to drop everything the second they have a low paying job (not very often at all) or they will deactivate you with no consideration. Pro Tip: Cleanster needs to do and be better if you want to stay relevant in comparison to the leading service provider apps! Happy Hunting ^
