The updated version of Lio Partner is TERRIBLE ! It's now made so much more difficult for owner to reach out to Cust Service. Only Bot avail all the time. Asked to pick from Menu first to chat CS, but this so-called Menu is NOT even available ! Not user friendly at all. And after all these years, looks like no effort from Travelio to make any improvement ! Worst app ever !! Useless !!

Think zillion times before using Travelio! After 1.5 wasted year only 3 customers that rented the unit. Before terminating the contract, even I have to pay non sense outstanding fee. Not only that, they said they will clean my unit before handover, and they lied. I've checked my unit before handover in dirty condition. At the hand over day, they said that the unit has been cleaned while I know exactly it's in the same condition as yesterday (what a liar!). Save your time, just use other service

I was very disappointed with Travelio's service, when I was going to join, they informed me that the unit would definitely be rented out. It turned out that after I joined for more than 1 year, it was only rented for 3 months & the worst thing was that when I handed over the unit to Travelio, the condition of the exhouse bathroom was fine, but when the first tenant came in, she complained. because the exhouse died, & finally it was repaired and I had to pay the costs

This apps very helpful, easy, fast, safe way to rent accomodations for travel bussiness and private needs with less hasle & less administration. This is also my 1st time experince to rent my apartemen, it's very useful for those who don't have much time to take care of your rent process but still get a good income. It's a very useful apps for both the owner and the rental customer.. the staff also very helpful & fast responds, keep up the good work .. !!!

The worst ever partner app. I suggest every single one to think a zillion times before joining hands with them. Horrible customer service. They are Very clever to claim their fee alone but after that, your dooms day start. I gave my apartment to be let out believing that they must be an expertise in this. No tenant for 6 months No communication from their side The agent who was in charge left and got changed.. That they just messaged me on the liopartner app...thats all they did
