- Gestionați conturile (cont de reîncărcare, interogare sold, opțiune de cumpărare, etc).
- Consultarea tuturor informațiilor cu privire la ofertele.
- Managementul și achiziționarea de pachete și / sau servicii (pachete Facebook, Messagét, Opțiuni de apel, opțiunile de date, etc ...).
- Managementul și conversia loialitatea puncte Kelma.
- Accesul la servicii și aplicații TT.
- Consultare, plată și descărcați facturile.
- Amplasarea spațiilor TT.
- Acces la secțiunea de suport: Informații, plângere, sugestie și de urmărire pretențiile dumneavoastră.

the application keeps asking for an upgrade every week, which is annoying. You can not buy a new offer if the current one is not exceeded and when is does you cannot open the application anymore because of the internet connection!! no sense in this part please fix this issue ASAP. From a security overview the password does not accept special characters which leads to create a weak passwords. The security policy is not respected. conclusion, the application is promising but has some issues.

Decent app, does the job. I've been paying bills and managing my sim card using it. I just wish i could use some features offline. For example, buying some internet data using the sim card's credit can (must) work offline.. You can't ask us to connect when we can't since we're literally trying to buy some data. It also seems like it takes ages to load. Edit: Ok I had to come back to tell u how annoyingly frequent the updates are and I can't even use the app without the update. Very inconvenient

Your app is great. But stop forcing us to update regularly. It's start getting annoying. For that reason I retrieved you 1 star and the second star is about not being able to activate my internet package before I finished the current one. And to be able to renew my internet package I have to be online. That's nonsense to me! Hope to hear from you soon.

I've never been through such an awkward relationship with an app beforehand! It constantly keeps begging for more and more update each time i open it. It's too demanding, annoying and impulsive. I can't stand going on through it any further. Gotta split up for a while so i can further understand my needs. Don't plz forget to add a dark mode at least so we can keep our dirty laundry in the dark, if you see what i mean 😏 😉

This is the most awful app I've ever used, literally does not privide anything useful in terms of customer service, the interface is stright up garbage and the extra services are nothing but scummy, but hey couldn't expect more from telecom

To be honest I didnt face any sever issues using the app so I think it does the job properly but I am wondering why I cannot see any tracking or analysis system for network data consumption. I hope that feature will be added ASAP

This app is absolutely dysfunctional from the get go! it doesn't even allow me to register. How come that a huge IT and telecommunication company like TT isn't able to create a damn app?! Shameful

The app registration is so annoying and don't let you put a password like what you want . I couldn't even use my mobile phone number. A school kid can make a better app than you
