Can't even log in. Goes to a blank white screen. I see numerous complaints and a very low rating, yet the admins don't seem to care. Trash app.

TBS app has got to be one of the worst apps ever built. I successfully sign on using my cable provider. It then takes me to the show and loads the 10 minute preview. When you click "login" it takes you through the entire process, including successful login only to continue the countdown. I've also tried casting it though my phone with similar issues. Nothing gets you in.

Update 2024: it's gotten worse. Takes forever to load, the ad countdown timer remains in the corner at 0 after the ads have completed, stream stops and shows a black screen every ~5 minutes The dock at the bottom of the screen prevents me from being able to click "show more" when I am trying to sign in with my TV provider. So I cannot even use the app because of this design flaw.

I love in a rural area where cable isn't available. I use a smart TV and Amazon fire stick to stream since I get free Netflix and discounted Hulu Disney NFL combo through T-Mobile. Which isn't an option. How are y'all gonna make the app available on the fire stick if you still have to have cable to stream it. That's makes no sense.. who the hell in their right mind has cable and/or satellite TV channels but uses a fire stick?!?! Nobody that's who!!

What a horrible app. Can't do pip so it takes over my phone. Trying to watch thr Phillies and get some work done on my phone, but I can't. I can split screen, but then any time I change the screen dimensions, the app resets, and I ha e to start from scratch. Not fun missing parts of the game. In fact any maneuvering that pauses viewing will cause it to restart. PIP should be standard on any and every streaming app. Would tbs even exist if it wasn't for cable?

This app is the WORST major network app. It will freeze, pop up to tell you it's having issues, it will close 4x, then it'll load the free sample live show you selected - even though you have full access by confirming the channel through your cable provider, then it'll freeze after it forces you to watch a 30 second commercial - which will make you close the app and start this entire process over again. It takes me about 20 minutes until the planets align for me to get the app to actually work, and when it does work, NOBODY TOUCH THE PHONE, or else we will go through this 20 minutes again. HORRIBLE!

App freezes and crashes but mostly crashes. I can't login to my tv provider. Entering my credentials just take me to a blank, white screen. I've tried clearing the cache and restarting my phone. I've even uninstalled/reinstalled the app and restarted my phone but nothing works. The freezing/crashing and the login problems have been going on for quite some time. The freezing/crashing has been going on much longer though.

I use this to watch AEW, but it is such a trainwreck. I have had numerous problems with this app throughout the years. Now it is saying my perfectly valid cable subscription does not include TBS. On my other device, it accepts my login, but it cannot get past the loading screen when I pull up my episode. One of the fixes that worked on one of the issues was deleting and reinstalling. I think TBS ought to delete this app and restart with competent development.
