CleanPay Mobile este o aplicație pentru iPhone / Android oferind cea mai ușoară și mai deștept soluția completă de rufe. Această aplicație vă permite să plătiți pentru cicluri de rufe din contul dvs. utilizând Bluetooth pentru a comunica cu mașina de spălat sau în uscător.

I love the option to use coins or the app. And I can use them both... Put a few coins in and use the app for the remaining amount 🤯. One day I decided to use coins and there was an error on the machine. I went into the app, placed a refund and service request. Before I could send any form of a complaint the washer was fixed and my refund was there!

The only thing I wish was better is the notifications don't spontaneously appear in my notification window, generating a notification sound, I have to remember and nudge it. Also, when it tells me the cycle is finished and I do too the machine there's still a minute or two left. Otherwise, great.

My laundry is at the mercy of your developers - please fix this! The app currently has a bug that will not allow the app to remain open for more than 3 seconds when logged in. My phone provided a notification that it had a bug & recommended that I clear my cache. I did that but to no avail. I even reset the app, & that didn't work, either.

When it worked, it was what i need. Now as some other users mentioned, when I go to add funds, I get stopped and asked to re-register my card. Unfortunately even after re-registering cards, creating a new account, reinstalling app, etc. I am still being prevented from doing laundry at my complex. Which is a HUGE problem.

Would be much better to be able to not stand right by the washer or dryer to start them as well as to add funds to your clothes that are drying for more dryer time. Also I was only able to add time to ONE dryer for more drying time but not the other one I was using, infact i could not add funds for more dryer time to more than 1 machine when I had 2 of them going. Very inconvenient! Other then those things works good overall.

Do not use this app if you can. It's broken. I have had to request a refund every time i use the dryer. The problem is with the app and not the washer and dryer because its the same no matter which device i use. I have had to request a refund so often now they have left one pending and changed the system so that I cant ask for another refund until this one is resolved so... il blocked for puttong in more. Thos has been 4 months of continuous issues.

For the past few days, this has been completely unable to start any machine. When I try to start a cycle, it tells me there was an error and to try another machine. It says this for every machine in my building. I'm unable to do any laundry because of this. The "help" page in this app is just a blank white screen, so I've come here with no other options.

This app steals money I have noticed that money has gone missing from my account for a while now. But, for the past two weeks now, my money has been completely drained from the account, and my balance has been a negative number. The app does not have any support information and despite submitting a ticket, no one has contacted me.
