lots of bugs, app won't load properly, logs won't show up. needs a major overhaul

The biggest complaint is the maps, it chooses from the pickup location or the final, but if you get off route it wants you to turn around and go back, will not recalculate from your current location. On a 479 mile trip it kept wanting me to make a U-turn on road that were not there and kept asking for 200 miles to turn around. I finally turned maps off.

I've been on this board for a few days now. Not happy at all. Problem 1). Not enough loads. I live in the midwest and there just simply is not anything to go out and back or not even short hops. Problem 2). You have to REQUEST a load and even then you still don't know if you got the load or not. It's all done behind the scenes. These were the 2 main issues I've had and are absolutely worth taking heed to this app if you plan to use it. I typically don't write reviews but drivers needed to know!!

It's a pretty good app to keep track of your loads and HOS, could be better though. Especially on the tablet, the navigation can never find a route, and you have to attach and un-attach trailers to yourself by filling out like 3 forms instead of doing it swiftly on 1.

Not enough loads, and you can't bid on them. What you see is what you get. However, it's convenient if you can't find anything on the other board they allow IC to use. Nevertheless, I'm working it out the best way I can with the help of my managers. They or he has been very helpful.. I'm sure it's going to get better. The company itself is pretty awesome to work for.

This app was great until they introduced the new Samsung Tablet. Now that they restructured the app it will not let me see load information. It closes the page immediately. I thought they would have fixed this major issue with the update, but no. So this app sucks now!! 0 stars!! The tablet is fine. It's on the phone that the app keeps crashing

Dad is not a techy guy; I have been trying to help him from afar. The worst thing I have come across is that there is no help desk or a help section with FAQs that explain how to do the simple things (like changing your status, accepting a load, starting and ending a trip--I can't do this because of navigation) within the app. He keeps saying he has to keep restarting the tablet to get the app to work properly.

This app sucks, from navigation to HOS I have had nothing but problems with this app every time it does an update there is always something wrong with it. I use it on both phone and tablet and still have issues.
