application user interface required to update this is a very bad experience an application every time required location permission.or close teb. please update user interface in one page everything also communi toll free number contact how to connect Wi-Fi call centre team no answer properly and not knowledge how to connect --in application temperature number is overlapping sometime

Setup is very difficult.have to try different settings of Jio router and finally somehow app got connected from Tab ,even if my wifi was on 2.4Ghz.While manual says press wifi button 4 time SA never appears anywhere on ac .don't know how manual is printed without verifying actual functions. Temp on app show 24 as 2and4 digit overlapped on mobile app(later via sharing I can connect from mobile also)can operate different functions from mobile, tab wo needing remote though.For jio setup let know

I was also facing the problem of wifi not showing up . here is what I did 1. u need to manually give permission in nearby devices list to voltas smart 2. u need to enter you wifi password in the voltas app also that's basically joining network from in the app 3 keep your location and bluetooth on that's it it worked for me hope it helps !

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I've received for my AC, which has not been providing cooling for the past 3 days. Despite multiple interactions with your service team, the issue remains unresolved. The service technician visited my home previously, within the warranty period, and attempted to fix the issue by attaching a burnt wire. However, the same problem recurred after 2 months. Now, the technician is demanding a service charge of ₹590 #boycott_voltas_ac

Press wifi button 4 times on the remote. Done. The App keeps searching but WiFi card on the AC doesn't come online. Yes it's standard 2.4GHz WiFi only. Do it again, same result. Alright then try auto search ..nope doesn't work. Does the app have necessary permission like location -- yes. I provided the same. My understanding - it's WiFi card in the AC that never activates. Field service engineers can't help, they're AC technicians not wifi nerds.

Very worsly designed and no mean to operate the app. Seems like company is ignoring the customers 😒 .i tried to connect ac with app almost 1 hour but still no success. I dont know what they designed and have in app its almost a junk. No proper way app should do all the work like other app of ac works but this one is too bad ☹️. If there is negative rating i suppose i provide that. Very bad working

I have bought a 1.5 ton AC with built-in wifi. It's a good AC, cooling is also great. A bit disappointed with the installation because they could have done it more ergonomically. The wifi feature is also great. I am able to control the AC using my phone remotely also. I could have given 5 star rating but, because there is no Google Home in third party control am giving only 4 stars. "Dear Voltas, Please include Google Home also".

This app is okish. But I tried to connect my ac with the app but it failed 2 times. In 3 time tried it to connect it connected. 🎉 This app is very slow. I am telling your all install this app when necessary. Actually my ac remote system got dilla. So that's why I tired to connect my ac to this app. Very slow. I am going to complain the developer that the app is very slow.
