Asigurați-vă întotdeauna că ceasul este asociat cu telefonul dvs. atunci când instalați.

I love this watch face! It is my favorite so far and I don't see myself changing it anytime soon. Downloading was super easy so I'm not understanding why some others were having any issues with it. And I consider myself technologically challenged. This is my first Galaxy watch and this was the first and only watch face that I have. Like I said, it's beautiful and I had no issues downloading at all.

Not a smooth download but my biggest issues are the limited customization and the face that the face doesn't cover the entire watch, "update the customization options are in the description, I should've read further also thanks for responding.

It took my money, and it didn't download on my watch..wasted my money 🤬. It finally worked but took a lot to get it...it's a brand new watch, so it's wasn't my watch issue. The watch works perfectly...just now trying to get the multiple colours. Hopefully that's not complicated also

Almost impossible to download! 1st purchase, all instructions followed, then NO DOWNLOAD, repeated, but states if ask for fee again ignore. 3rd attempt, asked me for 3rd fee payment, finally downloaded this watchface, tho stole 3 x's fee, all debited from my account, so WANT 2nd & 3rd FEES TAKEN FROM BANK ACCOUNT REFUND IMMEDIATELY,&PAY JUST THE 1st AS DO HAVE DOWNLOAD NOW. MY ADVICE IS AVOID THIS WATCH FACE LIKE THE PLAGUE !! (TOOK 3 x fees & 4 days to install, TOTALLY UNREASONABLY.

Paid for this watch face and very disappointed that it has glitches. The step counter and heart rate monitor shows 0 the whole time unless I restart the watch and then after a little while it just does the same.

Love it! It's beautiful. All the previous comments saying that it doesn't work are just people who don't know what they're doing and probably should stick to regular watches instead of smart watches.

Thank you for your response. It works and it looks beautiful. I was expecting the download was immediate but the link was via email then it should transfer to your phone app then of course your watch. I am enjoying the design! Thanks!
