Customer service sucks. They are always down and have bugs that they seem to make worse. The odds of getting any good characters is 2% or less unless you want to spend money. If I could I'd rate it -3 your system has maintenance in middle of introducing new characters that makes it difficult to earn it. Also I have 90 to 95% of characters and know which characters are easiest to level up and how much every thing costs in the game

Hate that it isn't just a sniping game...the ads are wildly misleading. Save yourself the effort and don't bother downloading. Reply to developer: I can appreciate that you have those obnoxious mini games, likely to have a way to force more engagement time & increase revenues through pay-to-play, but the battle mode isn't even and engaging turn-based to game...you pick your players, set the forth, and then it plays itself out...it is a boring & mindless delay between the game actually want

My game deleted itself, and I lost EVERYTHING. I had collected rare characters during events, upgraded them, S and S+ characters, everything. To say I am upset and devastated is an understatement. I have put so much into, and played for so long, to just be ripped down to nothing.

I downloaded this game because of the spin attack ads. Once again, it was a lie for what the game is actually about. It's a battle game with heroes to buy and upgrade, and the spin attack levels have disappeared completely since my initial install. All the levels are now stop the bees. I thought there were laws against false advertising? So sick of these games NEVER BEING WHAT IS ADVERTISED! Also, one union event requires max level heroes, ensuring only big spenders can play and earn rewards. BS

This game was basically advertised as an M rated game, which, to be fair, is likely the reason a lot of us downloaded the game. Instead, it's an E rated point and click game that has to high a variety of mini-games. The main part of the game where you "travel and engage enemies" is pointless as you don't even interact with the characters or select their moves/attacks. On top of all of this, it ends up being a PtP game...

Game not as advertised. Game starts off as advertised but ends up being another game that doesn't know what it is. Its littlery a throw everything in a pot and see what sticks. Game starts off as a hunt and shoot but quickly ends up being a fantasy auto fighter with character pulls. If advertising was honest I could had given it much higher score.

The ads are misleading I must say, if you're here to draw lines around a dog then this is not the game for you. That part is a small aspect of this game but it's actually a turn-based hero rpg. If thats what you're looking for though, this game is absolutely top tier. There isnt much of a plot per say, but the quests, rankup system, and constant events will definitely keep you having plenty to do. Strategic and addicting gameplay, as well as the idle rewards make hero clash a solid 9/10

The dog game is cute, smart and fun... BUT there is a weird (and seemingly unrelated) second part of the game that seems to just involve upgrading characters and watching them fight each other? It's super boring and it goes on forever. You can't skip thru it. And the weird part is neither of these games have anything in common with the other - totally different style of gaming, art etc... It's like they took two wildly different games and mashed them together. I want my data deleted but how?
