Folosiți aplicația pentru a vă planifica ziua, alegeți activitățile pe care doriți să le experimentați și marcați-le ca favorite. Harta arată unde se află diversele atracții, astfel încât să vă puteți orienta cu ușurință în parc.

Extremely buggy and difficult to navigate. Got 404 pages. Login didn't save. Search and position didn't work as expexted. Ordering food failed. Pitty that an app can bring down the experience of a wonderful park.

You need an account with this app to pay for anything in the park, which is bad enough. You will automatically get offers you never asked for, unless you go into settings and fix it. If you try to log in with vipps, the app opens a browser that opens vipps, and once you're done there you have to go back to the webpage which now probably shows an error message. Do this four more times, and you're in. You may now order the cup of coffee you already stood 10mins in line for, and get in line again.

Ordering food through the app is a nightmare, and several restaurants don't offer alternative ordering processes. Only star is for gps

You HAVE to use this app to order food and drinks, or order a pram or trolley, yet it barely works! The map doesn't find your location correctly. When you try to order food it says the payment can't go through. The same for ordering a pram. This was especially bad with android phones. There is no information about age limits for rides either. Seriously - if people have to use this app while in the park it should be much more user friendly and work!

Clunky and not very intuitive UI. There was missing information. Multiple bugs, such as map freezing and my location not being at the correct position. Additionally it was very annoying that the app required having location and bluetooth (why tho?) turned on to use the app. I was also missing having a zoom option on the map.

English please...the app allows setting kn English but the activities shown are still in norwegian. how do they expect tourists to know which to select?

It is lagging non stop. A lot of bugs. Map doesn't work, the activity calendar doesn't work. Food ordering barely works. Very bad as for something you MUST download to eat or order services.

Doesn't accept uk mobile numbers (they're longer than norwegian ones). Doesn't inform you that the number is "invalid", you only get that information when you go back after you've given up waiting for the confirmation code. I've never seen a more stupid digital map. And why can't I view a restaurants menu and pricing without being signed in? This app genuinely makes the experience in the zoo worse.
