Overall a great app to get jobs dispatched. But lately when I try to take a screenshot of a job, it tells me it's not allowed. This is an important thing to use as dispatch does not see the same screen layout as drivers, so when there's an error, a screenshot helps resolve it.

Great looking app, layout flows well, and pretty easy to understand, but it uses so much RAM on my phone that I can barely do anything else. 😣 I would delete it if I didn't have to use it for my chauffeur job. 😒 I don't know if it's the location tracking or it's the showing a map with each on-going ride, but this takes up so much power. 🙁

Overall, this app works for me with one big exception. I have notifications enabled and yet there is never a chime or ring to alert me. My dispatcher is always calling me to tell me to accept the job like it's my fault. This means that I have to check my phone every minute of every day to see if I have jobs while on duty or a job early in the morning. A real great way to take the joy out of life. I see no options for help in settings so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It actually deserves ZERO Stars, of the Apps I've used as a black car driver, this is hands down, the worst. This app is both a battery and a data hog; it will use 20% of battery life in a single trip; it also uses six times the data in a week vs. what our previous app used in a month. Last night was a personal record, four trips took six restarts and two cycles of uninstalling and reinstalling the app. And after all that, it still didn't work. I had to call to give updates and get info.

This app caused a glitch in my Google Pixel 2. Any time I use it, I get random drop or screen freeze. Other problems include the take over of my phone to promote games. Never had this issue before. Verizon says it is a problem in the app. I have uninstalled the app at the request of management the claim is that a new version will fix it. Wrong.

More reservations, Easy system to use. The customer service is Outstanding !!! I am able to enter a reservation in 2-3 minutes. If you have questions at all they take their time answering them. Patient, Professional Staff.

Almost 3 months using this app, and every time I have this app open make my phone act like stupid, make app like Google map to crash or act weird.. My device is a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G with an excellent processor and a lot of RAM.. So don't know what's wrong with this app that the company I work for made me use.

whomever designed this app; doesn't know English. I was in an area in which the signal was WEAK & a message came up saying "week signal"! Also, this app constantly had trouble keeping the info or having access to the app. Frankly, this app was more frustration than productive
