The app worked well when we traveled. However, we left Iceland and returned home and 4 months later we were charged automatically for the car we had rented. It should l not be possible for the app to charge us when we didn't register to park through the app and aren't even in the country anymore. Fix this issue.

Easy to use & conve ient app, could do a better job with place names that don't line up between the App and the place name.

The app worked as desired. The key is to load it up before the trip, then add license plate information once you get there.

Too many steps just to pay a damn parking fee. Forces to input credit card instead of using Google Pay or even PayPal.

The app is one of the main ways to pay for parking in Iceland. Unfortunately, it doesn't work, and it is very difficult to register credit cards from abroad on it. The company are uncontactable, and there is no other recourse should you be unable to pay through their frustrating, broken system. Don't use if you can possibly avoid it. A completely disfunctional garbage app that somehow is integral to the parking infrastructure in a largely car-based transport system.

Might be the worst parking app I've used. The ui is not intuitive at all and lacking basic functionality like "search". You have to scroll through until you find an image and name that match where you are -- you can't even select via the map. In most place it wound up being easier to pay via machine.

Horrible site. Several people had the same issue when parking. Downloaded the app which wouldn't take the money. We were there for 10 minutes trying to work it out with other people. Then another 5 minutes trying to pay on their on-site machine. Machine kept spooling and not taking payment. This happened to multiple people. Couldn't call for help as it was out of hours. So I expect a unnecessary fine. Car park Georsgata 11.
