ID.me Authenticator este o soluție simplă și gratuită de autentificare cu două factori (2FA) pentru contul dvs. ID.me. Vă păstrează conturile online securizate pe site-urile web care acceptă 2FA. Această aplicație generează parole temporare bazate pe timp (TOTP) cu 6 cifre și notificare PUSH bazată pe notificări printr-o singură atingere.

Absolutely terrible. It doesn't work most of the time. Even something as simple as resetting a password is horrific. You click on the link to do so, and it errs. And God forbid you get a new mobile device. It simply cannot cope. Then, you log into support and get AI generated responses that send you circling through the instructions that you can read for yourself with no further insight. This app would never survive in the private sector as customers would run to the competition in droves.

I can't even open the app. It flashes a message that says "this application is not supported on rooted devices " then the app closes immediately. My device isn't rooted. I had to look that up just to onow what it meant, I certainly haven't attempted to root my device - I'm still unsure what it does or why I'd want to. Its just frustrating.

Fix your Verification Process. I have been trying to verify my ID for months now. The same error keeps showing up. I have taken clear pictures of my ID and selfies. All my information is up to date and is correct. Horrible Application and should not be used for government use. It's 2025, technology should be better.

It's useless on a new phone. I only use this app once a year for IRS. I do not have access to my old phone or #, so now I'm unable to use the app at all. When I sign in online, it sends me to the app. The app says I can't use it without resetting MFA the settings online. HOW DO I DO THAT IF IT KEEPS SENDING ME TO THE APP THAT WON'T LET ME USE IT.

Horrible app. Like others have said, it's not user friendly or easy to navigate. I have all of my multi-factor authorizations on, and it still won't load for me, which is awful since I need to get paperwork from my state's website.

Read reviews + & - before downloading app. All the consistent negative reviews are true, NOT a glitch. PROBLEM app. NEVER received authentication text(s) or calls to complete process. I've spent a dzn hours trying to work thru issues. Done, deleting app. Pay me for time & patience spent on flawed app. Users are not inept when we NEVER RECEIVE 2ND STEP TEXTS & CALLS for completing process. Did you take the buyout?

This app doesn't really work. The IRS + website says to login and then "authenticate" myself via the app, but then the app doesn't give me ANY ACTUAL PROMPT with & through which I could simply just SIGN IN to frickin print out my taxes from 2023!! THATS ALL! But this app is so inefficient and terrible, that it is useless and doesn't work. This app needs MAJOR help! There has GOT to be a simpler way of signing into the IRS website! 🥺

Horrible service.. no real customer service or human to help with issues ... Can't verify my account that I've already had now I'm told my license and passport can't be verified... I hope everyone that uses this service get rid of it ... More harm than good
