The app can't stay open in the background. Even a simple switch to other app needs it to start from the logo loading screen! OPTIMIZE or give us a lighter version of this app which only have internet, balance, recharging and other necessary options purely for SIM. This app has too many unnecessary options for a typical user. That "DISCOVER" section is utterly pointless. "Trending"&"Feed" sections are there cause other operators also did it & they're all annoying. Fix it to be better than others

My personal experience and as a user of My Airtel for a really long time, The new App interface basically looks like garbage. The last update had a really good UI design with minimum bugs and adds. But this new app gives me a feeling of a Dystopian Nightmare. The Airtel Team should defenitely Address this issue and should approach more professionally. We want our previous UI Design back, not this Design Mess.

Worst app quality assurance. Every update adds unnecessary changes to the UI and overall design of the app. After every install it will make you say where is that I used to do! Totally nonsensical! I have many times experienced my custom made internet recharge package charged me from my debit card account but didn't complete my transaction in app saying purchased failed! When I tried to contact them their customer service said "it is not in our log please check with you bank" Horrible service.

In one time you can login many smart phone with OTP. But it has many disadvantages and also dangerous. So I highly request for changing this system. Only the SIM inputted phone can login this apps such as bKash, Nogod, Rocket etc.

Everything's looks elegant and organised by recent update.I am satisfied with it, but there's one thing which kinda wired(maybe for me), well, the thing is, airtel is a product of robi, which is include in its branding, you guys can merge this two app, because they operate through one company, you might create an app which can allow robi and airtel user use an app instead of two, it will be easier, efficient and storage saver for users. Anyway, thanks to your devs for hard work.

I am using this Airtel Since 2012 but yet it’s doesn’t offer me any facilities like GP star! I have almost 18000 points in my account but don't know what's the use of that hells points of treat master! Moreover it’s network is not that much strong like GP or Bangla Link. Once I travel in rural areas I can't help but definitely fall trouble to contact! Though I am using the Airtel monotonously but really disstaified with it’s services.

previously few time I used they're internet but didn’t I got any redeem points, Even contact with their customers service agent but doesn’t provide any solution. just I purchase again but I didn’t get anything. Very annoying!

Love the UI now, collaboration of font and color is aesthetic, smooth scrolling makes my finger lite. Previous UI was so bad that I didn't use it at all. Thanks for this elegant update.
