I can't use music sync option on the 12w light bulbs, it just stays red, on 9w ones it works. Other than that no problems, works well with google assistant, I'm happy with them and the app is nice and easy to use.

1) Useless equalizer where you can't choose the audio characteristics to change, preview the changes and delete presets, which can even be saved with duplicate names. 2) There is an ANC toggle, but no gaming mode toggle, so you don't know if it's on/off. 3) To pair the app with the earphones, you have to reset them each time, so the UX is left behind somewhere. 4) Required registration to access the core functionality, even if you're only trying it out. 5) Unintuitive UI for device settings.

Absolutely useless app. Every time I unconnect my headphones and try to reconnect, it isn't possible and I have to pair them again so the app notices that they are on. Impossible to use the functions of the app.

I like the entire concept of the app, but there is more work to be done. Easy way to define rooms is one example I would love to see it being introduced. Update 2023: I would never buy a product from Niceboy. Their support is horrible and unhelpful. Better spend more money on quality products. I only purchased it since the company was established in the country I live in and I wanted to support local companies.

I would like to give 5 stars for this concept, but for some reason, none of my 3 devices will pair with this app (i dont think its my problem at this point with third headphones)

Literally doesn't work, can't even connect to my hive pods 3 pro, i spent an hour trying to restart and reinstall everything and it still doesn't see them. Also tried two phones - NOTHING. I want my hour back. Fix your shiz.
