The app barely functions and the information it provides is rarely accurate. My partner and I have both had an error message on our app for ages now that doesn't seem to be caused by anything except poor app design.

Alot of bugs not updating the balance the transactions show but not the credit / charge on the balance it's very hard to understand and changes dramatically without warning quite often the power and gas become detached or unlinked i.e two seperate bills it's chaos and glitches all around when your struggling and you get a 40/41 day bill for some strange reason it's a nightmare

One of the most unstable apps! Good when it worked but extremely frustrating when it crashes constantly. Update: after over a year it is still shocking bad and useless!!

Good service and easy app to use and order more gas when required. Recommend Frank Energy.

No order or account history on LPG at all. Cannot see when payments were made and does not show current LPG prices. It's like ordering in the dark and wait for the bill to see what I have to pay. The account shows $0 on the day that a debit order is suppose to go off even though it was not yet processed and if for some reason it does not get processed it stays $0 on the app, only to get an email later saying that you have defaulted. So mainly the app is very very poor to rely on.

I really appreciate this app to 1) Track next month's Bill Estimate. 2) Power Usage breakdown. My only problem is quick access of Usage. Once Usage page open I want to just double-tap any Month bar to lead me straight to Day bars breakdown. Then double-tap any Day bar & get the Hourly break down, not just by the Tabs. The Back key could go back just one step - to Days, not straight to Months. Personally I like Usage icon on bottom of main Bar on front page or in addition to choose Product type.

Since the update, after closing and re-opening the app it auto-signs out citing security reasons. If I try logging back in it says "something went wrong, try again later". Clearing app data fixes this but I have to do it every time I open the app. Very frustrating, please sort it.
