Noua ta aplicație însoțitoare Snapper pentru Android, cu interfețe reproiectate și funcții optimizate.Folosind smartphone-ul Android cu comunicare în câmp apropiat (NFC), aplicația Snapper Mobile este partenerul esențial al cardului tău Snapper +.
Pur și simplu țineți cardul Snapper în spatele telefonului și, după o singură conectare, verificați instantaneu soldul, istoricul tranzacțiilor recente, completați fără taxe de tranzacție și cumpărați un permis de călătorie - oricând și oriunde.
Caracteristici:
Autentificare - Pentru o experiență fără probleme și sigură, trebuie să vă conectați la contul dvs. Snapper înregistrat atunci când lansați aplicația pentru prima dată. Dacă nu v-ați înregistrat cardul înainte, vă puteți crea un cont și îl puteți înregistra din aplicație. Rețineți că nu va trebui să vă conectați din nou decât dacă alegeți să vă deconectați din aplicație.
VERIFICAȚI-VĂ SOLDUL - Vedeți soldul în timp real al cardului dvs. dintr-o privire.
ÎNCĂRCARE - Încărcați instantaneu, fără taxă de tranzacție. Folosiți cadranul pentru a selecta o valoare de reîncărcare sau atingeți pentru a introduce suma dorită. Aplicația își va aminti ultima sumă de încărcare pentru ca data viitoare să fie și mai rapidă.
CUMPĂRĂ UN PASS DE CĂLĂTORIE - În raport cu concesiunea cardului tău, permisele de călătorie vor fi disponibile pentru cumpărare și vor fi încărcate instantaneu în Snapper.
ISTORIC TRANZACȚII - Instantaneu, detaliat, clar și afișat în timp real - puteți vizualiza ultimele 20 de tranzacții de pe card. Pictogramele indică tranzacții de transport, achiziții cu amănuntul sau reîncărcări, alături de un sold curent și valorile individuale ale tranzacțiilor. Tranzacțiile de transport pot fi apăsate pentru a afișa:
- ID-ul unic de oprire
- Tarife separate Tag on și Tag off
- Data și orele

While every other developed city in the world has moved to basic debit or credit card tap-on/tap-off systems, Wellington still clings to the clunky ritual of a separate card you have to buy, then top up through an app. Ah yes, let’s ‘GeT WeLLinGTON mOviNG’ by taking the most roundabout, convoluted path possible—because who needs simplicity when we can have layers of unnecessary hassle instead?"

For an app that is time critical and has heavy usage in terms of top-up this upgrade is a fail. Usability and user experience should be at the top of the list. It needs testing heavily. This app is more erratic, less sensitive in terms of the card & forces change in well established behaviour for no return. The UI is over sensitive in reagrds to the top up wheel and requires you to scroll up on my phone to complete actions. Design wise it looks nice but its impractical and frustrating.

Awful platform, equally awful app. It looks like this app was built by two teams. Parts of the UI seems to be nicely done. It falls apart by having a "sign-up" wall just to simply check snapper balances by NFC, first massive fail. Then when you are signed-in, you still have to tap each card to manage it. Upon calling Snapper when the app broke, their systems also crashed on them. Bring-on this national ticketing soon!!

Scanning/reading balance is slow with the new interface design and animations. Also more temperamental with the scanning/top up placement. Old app design none of this was the case - it was to the point - card always remained at back of phone for entire process. If you're rushing to top before getting on the bus, nothing is more frustrating than animations telling you to adjust your card for 5mins before I can recieve a top up. Keep it simple. It wasn't broke.

App has been terrible since the update. Prior to it, there was no latency between the card making contact since the update. Since the update, there is now a delay between contact and launching the app. The latency can have me mistake that the phone is not scanning the card. As a result, I would remove the card and the app would attempt to scan. My Snapper is now unsuable. ADDENDUM: Placing the card only launches the app but no further.

The old version of this app used to be amazing, worked 100% of the time to top up. With the update it often won't top up and i spend half my bus ride trying to top up and then embarrisingly not able to at all and have to explain this to the bus driver! When i last tried on the 20th august at peak hour I dont know whether your app was down or over loaded but i couldnt top up and got a error every time. If it it was system over loading surely you'd prepare for 5pm to 6pm to have most use

Snapper is a reminder that Wellington is a quaint 20th century town. The app is average, but matches perfectly with Wellington's antiquated public transport system in that respect. The sooner contactless payments are accepted by buses/trains etc the better. We might even think it's no longer 1996!

The app functionality has been terrible since the update. You have to tap twice just to get to your account and half the time the app lags so much that it stops working entirely. you have to uninstall it and reinstall it in order to jumpstart it.
