Cannot describe such an unprofessional company. Their systems were yet to be commissioned and activated. But still they charged me for using the parking . No signboard notifying the service was started. And they deduct money after 2 months of use. Nobody can question them and that is the reason so many people are ending up paying where they wouldn't have to pay very unethical. Prefer to use RTA wallet and app. I hope relevant authorities look into their op aad bring in some regulations for them.

Damn this app and they don't respect those who want to talk to the support. Extremely poor and bad support. I was only in the parking lot for 1 hour and 25 minutes, but they charged me 3 hours and 10 minutes. The sign said 2 hours for 20 dirhams, but they deducted 50 dirhams from the first hour. I even sent a message to the support but they didn't answer me.

One of the worst experience. At the parking I paid manually to the guy to open because gate was not open automatically, but after that another amount was deducted from apps and what makes worse was they deducted twice in the app! So paid 3 times for one parking. Sent dispute claim 3 times but they did not refund fully. System is not working at all. Recommendation do not use this app if you want to save your money.

I parked in Union COOP, International City for a while and while leaving I saw PARKONIC barrier. They stopped me and asked for payment. There wasn't any ticket issued, there is no signboard at back side entrance, no one inform me how to avail free paring. They argue and at the end I had to pay. They gave me a pamphlet and told me that I am free to complain. Such unprofessional and rude behavior. I wish I could give you half star.

Worst app ever. Not user friendly. A whole new excuse to make it look like they are trying to digitize. But poorly created app. Top up does not work and gives you a lot of errors.. the things u can expect from a low class company. Unfortunately we dont have choice but them.

Parkonic App changed everything about the concept of Parking and love that very much. No need to queue to pay for the parking fee, download the app, add your car in it and pay with the wallet. Kind of amazing.

Can't complete profile settings! In order to keep using, we have to upload the front and back of the ID. However, the button to select either Camera or Album simply doesn't work. Worthless app.

My visit at WTC Abu Dhabi was fantastic! It was hassle-free, well-organized, and the PARKONIC app made everything so convenient. Truly a stress-free parking experience
