Doesn't seem like it's being run very well. Account shows no subscription but I suddenly get charged a renewal fee. Tried to look at terms and conditions but the webpage from the app shows incorrect page with no terms etc.

Love the variety of stuff available. Netflix has mainly the big glossy shows; this includes comedians at lots of different levels in their career. It's also well designed - it opens when there's no internet, for playing downloaded stuff (so many apps won't start-up if you're already somewhere without a signal).

Great content but it's a poorly designed apps with some very frustrating glitches such as being unable to press the the first option on a search. It also doesn't include features other video streaming services ofter such as background play (which would be fantastic given the type of content) and pop up videos to allow for multitasking.

Changing my review to one star because 1. The quarterly price increases by £4 through the service checkout journey. 2. It's telling me my internet connection is too slow when I'm at 62MBPS. 3. Prerecorded videos aren't playing. 4. Casting only worked on live streams. Likely due to issue 3. The concept is good but the execution is not ready for release to market. You've disappointed me a bit as your marketing offered something you haven't delivered. Now to work out how to purge my data.

Would be good if you could cast to TV. I've seen replies to earlier reviews c.2018 saying that it's fixed but my experience suggests otherwise. Try to cast through the app and nothing casts. Try to cast through the Google home app and sound plays through the TV but no video. Useless if more than one person wants to watch anything.

App keeps auto playing even though Autoplay is set to off. If there is a livestream occurring and you look at the app, the feed will keep playing, even if you pause it. It just un pauses. It will also just start playing a livestream even if the phone is locked and the app hasn't been used for a couple of hours.

Exciting idea, underwhelming delivery. Whenever there is a live broadcast on a phone/tablet there is a 4 option menu covering the bottom of the screen telling you to login/upgrade your membership despite being logged in and even after logging out and logging back in after clearing cache, it remains. The number of on demand shows is okay but a lot of sets are available for free on YouTube. Wouldn't continue with my subscription at this price (£30) as it is now. Live show catchup should be added

Great content. The live streams sometimes automatically revert back to full screen even after trying to close the full screen so I can't actually navigate the app. When I can navigate, it doesn't seem to be as capable as the website in browser
