Not very good app, however why does it insist on asking for my pin in the middle of using it? Upon opening, sure but why while in use? It's stupid and achieves nothing. Also Messages don't work reliably.

Have to have this for my job. It's rubbish. School has wasted money. Keeps crashing or freezing. Emailed the help line, they want information I can't get - the app version?? Can't find that info anywhere. They also want the information immediately. Some of us can't be on our phones all day and can only look at emails at night. So go ahead and close my issue.

The app runs smoothly enough but even with notifications turned on it doesn't notify me if there is a message from the school unless I actually open the app,which isnt very helpful when I only really open the app if I need to remind myself of upcoming diary events and then I notice time sensitive messages from the school that needed my attention

Can't even login. Says network error but everything else is working fine. Tried both WiFi, data and partners hotspot and still not able to. Have been trying overnan hour now to get it to work. Tried the usual things like restarting Internet and phone. Also deleted and redownloaded the app and still not working.

Just does not work, its at a pre test level of functionality at best. Most links to information just result in a blank white screen and messages from school are never delivered. As a means of communication. Between school and parents it is effectively useless. When emailed the app provider replies that they know of the problem and are working on it. The app has been this way for well over a week, looking like since Jan 15th. Uninstalling because the app does not provide any feature of use.

Although it works for me - my wife never gets any messages. We've reinstalled, cleared cache and done all the usual fixes and then contacted support. After just being told to do those things again they have just said its our phone and we need to contact the phone manufacturer. Its a pixel 4a so its nothing unusual. The issue is so common on the reviews there must be a flaw in the app design.

Look once set up the app is very good but i think the recent changes are more change for change sake. For example where is the edit menu for messages gone? Parents rely on this app your changes have to be well thought out
