Can't even enter the app properly at times. My wifi and device is alright so it's the app's problem. Even when I've already completed my lessons it's still marked as less than 100 percent completion. 1 star. This is very frustrating because completing lessons on this is COMPULSORY if you want good grades. This affects me ( and my classmate ) very negatively

I got a 0 (on a test specifically.) because of upload failure, I pressed ACCEPT on accessing my camera and yet i HAVE TO DO IT outside of the app, which is only 30 seconds left. I UPLOADED IT BLANK. FIX THIS?!

Absolutely terrible Sometime it can't enter and log out by itself It is also have a chance to crash

Need fix all connection failure, experience in-app not smooth enough even how good hardware is. The UI & Information are so different from browser and desktop version, therefore hard to quick-switch between 2 devices when there is a connection failure or out of battery,etc. P/s: If you can do mobile version as good as this, why don't you do the similar thing with desktop version.It lacks almost all of available feature on mobile version.

Definitely terrible, it has too little space to enter the question, so students can't see entirely. Because of your big failure, our students ALWAYS have 1 - 2 mistake(s) in their test. This app is an enormous failure. Unless you fix and improve, it will not be successful. Thanks!

Too many bugs, crashes when opening very regularly 😶 also logging out on it own. Our teachers does not believe us when these errors occur and decrease our scores which is ridiculous. Edit this review because I found another bug: Joined a class on my laptop, but at the end of the class I'm still mark as absent???? Bro 😶

I feel like Viettel has not spend enough time optimizing and developing this essential application for studying. I think Viettel need to focus more on upgrading the infrastructure for online studying. Also, the web for K12 have to be optimized for more web browser such as Firefox, Opera. And why the students like us have to use K12 for virtual class with such horrible experience while we can redirect the class to Zoom application because K12 online class feature is also based on Zoom' platform.

The design is good. But the AI is kinda flawed, it doesn't know what is the answer and what is nonsense characters (like "space"), for example: Question: 8÷2×(2+2) The Answer is clearly 16.But what's the differences between: "16" and "16 " ? The first 16 is considered correct by the AI because it only have 2 characters "1","6". The second is wrong because "1","6"," ". Normally a human would recognize this, but the AI don't. This is unfair for the students, please put it into consideration.
