Notifications would be a lot more useful if the VARIABLE part of the collection schedule was mentioned first. The notifications are always cut off on my phone, and only ever displays Green bin and Recycling... (those are collected EVERY week, so not very interesting). What I really need a reminder for is whether this week is Garbage pickup or Yard Waste pickup, but because those are listed last, I can't see them in the notification.

Veey useful reminder and quite helpful in sorting. Had numerous things incorrect. Why don't you encourage reidents to only put out blue boxes only when pretty much full? Same with garbage and green bins. I'm alone and put out garbage (1 bag) perhaps once every six weeks and the blue box maybe once every 4 or 5 weeks. It could save a lot of unnecessary stops for collectors.

Update to my original review ... Apparently there was an issue with the font size (I had to make it bigger and then back to my normal size and that fixed my issue). Support was a great help and I really do love the app! Not only does it tell me what garbage to put out, it also has a ton of useful info!

Great app which sends weekly reminder notifications and a fantastic, functioning search tool. You can input any item and know where they should go. Whenever I'm in doubt, I search it here. The app has the answers to every questions related to household waste. Highly recommended to install if you live in KW.

Love the super clear collection reminders. Easy search screen with detailed info on what's included in recycling and what's not. Easy option to suggest new items to be added to the search list for future clarification. Wish I had installed earlier! :)

Nice and simple to use. The weekly reminders are very helpful. The keyword search assists in identifying what goes into which bin and/or how are they supposed to be packaged for pick up.

Love it for looking up how to properly dispose of different things. It doesn't have everything, but it certainly helps me quickly figure out what to do with most things. Very useful for keeping track of the garbage schedule, too.
