This app is horrible. I have been trying to log in, with fingerprint, mind you, and it says 'oops! Something went wrong.' Was just looking to see why they charged me $167 for an automatic renewal! Can't even get on the site. I'm THIS CLOSE to dumping them and my vehicle and property insurance policies.

App seems to work ok, but in my area the roadside assistance timer goes down to zero from ~90 minutes and then just keeps going while I wait. Why even put a speculative timer if it's just going to get exceeded regularly? When I call to ask about it I get asked redundant questions like my phone number, which I'm calling from, and I had to provide the menu to get to the operator. Then I'm told they'll call me when they have an update with no more idea how long that will be.

This app is trash. I had an avg score of 85 for the first few months (when it was too early to get the discount), then it quickly dropped to 64 with no explanation. I have a handful of hard brakes in the past 8 months, but nothing else. My score has not moved from 64 one point in either direction in over 3 months. Another app I use for the same time period has me at an 87. They want you to drive safer, but they don't want you to save money. It helps them, not you.

Won't let me change my auto payment status. Tried to enter the manage situ payment setting five times, waited five minutes, and five times i was redirected to the previous page. Extremely frustrating.

Mediocre app experience. Lots of pages and links redirect to a web page to re sign in. App is slow and not easy to navigate to look for plan coverage or billing details in app.

This app sucks. It's too slow and sometime completely none responsive. They literally built a shell over a browser and call it an app. Billion dollars company but can't even have a decent app.

Not sure what's going on with the app, but ever since the update I'll change a trip and after I exit out it changes back to being the driver. As a truck driver that goes to New York and New Jersey, I don't want charged extra for my premiums as my personal vehicles do not go into those states. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP

This app is so incredibly slow. I'm trying to enroll in autopay in the app and I'm just getting a nonstop loading screen. I've closed out and restarted five times now and I just keep getting "hang tight while we get things ready for you".
