I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that they don't seem to have a lot of routes. I knocked out one route and now I'm ready for another but I have to wait until something if anything becomes available. Other than that I have zero complaints about the app itself. User friendly app with both chat and telephone access to driver support. Either way the response time is fast, the routes are short and easy and the work itself isn't strenuous or stressful. 5 stars when volume picks up.

Total garbage! Should never have been publicly released. Missing important features such as jumping to a stop (without having to finish one first), map view of all stops, dark mode, etc. Navigation passes incorrect addresses to Google Maps. And by basically forcing drivers to follow their planned routes without the ability to choose how to make the deliveries, this makes drivers more like employees instead of being independent contractors. Update: some improvements but still missing features.

Same ol, same ol. Don't know if it's the app or if other drivers have figured out how to use bots to score all of the assignments when they're released, but I haven't been able to book an assignment in months, despite repeatedly pressing the "Book Now" at the very second assignments are released. I've complained many, many, many times to Axelhire staff, and nothing has changed, which leads me to believe they have their favorite drivers and that's it, that's all. Don't waste your time.

Very difficult to book tickets. Before booking time it shows 10 routes, at booking time they disappear. Dispatch plays favorites with drivers for routes and 10% early payout is ridiculous! It's bad enough that the pay is not great. Pick up time is at 7am and you wind upstanding outside the warehouse for an hour or because "the routes are not ready". I'm over axelhire. 🙄

Don't expect to actually work. Everytime you book a ticket to get a route they cancel it for one reason or another and it's not like they compensate you for their cancellation. You are given 15 minute early access to the next booking session for all the good that does because once you book those they just turn around and cancel those too. If you do manage to actually get to do a route, the pay is ok (compared to some other gig apps) but I wouldn't recommend this app, they are UNRELIABLE.

Grabbing a ticket can be a bit of a hassle since the update. I've tried from 2 different phones on and off wifi and often times get an error. Customer support asks for a screenshot that you can get cause the message flashes just as fast as tickets go. Overall ok experience I just wish support was more helpful and GPS is a different story. Also should be able to zoom in on the camera when taking photos.

app gets worse and worse. takes 5± seconds to take a pic. it's not my phone either, same thing happened on my old phone. problem doesn't happen on old versions. And as others have pointed out, warehouse managers play favorites and assign routes before booking time. I'm 100% convinced they steal tips too.

Not a business, this is a scam. Pick booking for a particular city/area and the pickup is in another city/area,not where selected. Then select a pickup time BUT they're all in past so none can be selected. In another screen/section of the app you can find an option to select "on my way". You can then waste time and gas to go there and they will cancel the booking, penalizing future bookings. Support is rude, blows off concerns and what information they provide is false to get u off their line.
