It works ok but they took a lot of the functions out of it. You'll have to log into the patient portal to do anything outside the limited selection of things included in the app. It's not very useful to me anymore and I find myself just logging into the patient portal instead of using it.

They use to be awesome but now have to switch to another company because they no longer in service with children clinic with Dr david wallace 9 year ago. I had to have if to see doctor at children clinic now its completely turned around and im not getting my rewards for all the things I completed

I've had the app downloaded for 3 days and it consistently says the same thing that the app is undergoing maintenance. I've been waiting since February just to get ID cards. I was hoping the app would provide that but the app is obviously bogus!

THIS APP DOES NOT WORK!! It says the app is under going maintenance or something. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but it says the same thing. You're better off logging in online to Louisiana Health Connect and also installing the Healthy La Medicaid app.

Every time I go to use this app, it doesn't work. Always under maintenance. What's the problem? Why can't I get through?
