Before this app all the buses routes and eta were easily shown on the Google maps and was way more easy than this app as this app is not even able to show a bus route and thier location of stops. If they again start to show it on Google maps then I bet, no will even install this app.

It's 25 January 2025 The app is not working anymore, it was good before but it's been while that it's not working. It's shows bus timings wrong and sometimes it's shows journey hasn't started but bus comes . Like it's very bad and gives wrong information. You can't track bus anymore like where is the at the particular time.

Very ridiculous app. Bus timings are mostly wrong. And Whenever I search buses between two stops recently it's showing only buses that are going to departure from that stop and not the ones which are in the middle of the trip. I don't have faith in this app nowVery disappointed 👎👎

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the bus service I've been using. The buses frequently arrive late, and when I try to inquire about the delays, the staff seems completely uninterested in providing any explanation or assistance. What's even more frustrating is the rude behavior of the staff. They seem completely unbothered by the inconvenience they're causing and are unwilling to offer even a basic apology

This app is not working ...it is just showing 'no data'. I have used this app before but it worked fine with minor inconveniences but this is unacceptable, how am I supposed to know about the bus timings now.....

The app was very helpful before the September 2023, now it doesn't work sometimes, you just get a pop-up that the app has a bug. (Please suggest another app in reviews) Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, now not even able to login my own account or sign up with a new number. It's been half a month, forget about getting better, it just keeps getting worse.

This app is truly Good... But the main problem is GPS of CTU buses doesn't work many time or hang or something happened.. Means tracking is not accurate sometimes. One more Tip of the bus tracking cursor that shows in map where is bus this time. The change can be a red or green dot in cursor. Means when bus is stopping at any stop then the color of cursor should change in Red 🔴 and when bus is in running status then green 🟢.... This can be more accurate and helpful, or update GPS system 👍

I don't know why but it's not work after update .......if I search any bus it's said that you have not connection...... please fix this problem as soon as possible 😟
