After creating an account, the app will take the user to a window asking user to upload a resume. I chose the resume file from my phone, yet it did not upload. I was then taken to another window to begin asking job related questions. I decided to close out of that, log back in to try uploading my resume again. However, the app is now not allowing my login credentials. I have made at least five attempts to login n each time I receive a message that reads, "your login session has expired". WHAT?!

Efficient, accurate with all the current tools needed to stay connected to the staffing office. One thing I noticed can be added to help connect on-site managers, supervisors and team leads, Is an addition to the app to not only keep updated records for the office but real-time updates to link employees to on-site managers etc. Phone numbers, changes to daily assignments and location updates on the work-site facilities...if any. I believe this addition if possible will enhance our performance.

Horrible app that rarely functions correctly, never does as it is supposed to. No feature to uncheck interest in a job checked by accident, sets up appointments for interested checked jobs each time even though you have already interviewed the day before, etc. office does not otherwise get the info for your interest so you dont get called. all around app does not function or help in any way.

Very helpful & really useful, saves time running to your computer when you can kindly look up jobs from there reupdate your availability & even change info but the only thing that gets me is changing your pay rate that is all other than that it gets 5 stars should have got 4 but unlike others i understand an app could be updated with ease

So far I have been told to show up to a job for orientation and subsequently sent home for not being on the list. This was after being told to show up then being sent the wrong information and contacting prologistics help number for clarification and direction. At which point I was given more wrong information via text which needed more clarification. All of this culminating in previous stated issue and showing up to a job site more than an hour away from where I live just to be sent home.

I initially had difficulty with the app while trying to use the "log in with indeed" function. I managed to work around the issue and the developer is going to look into the problem. Now it works fine and is a quite helpful application.

2nd place i got sent to that has massive lay offs even AFTER i explained clearly that i don't wanna waste my time at a place like that... been at International Paper for only a month today n got laid off. i was also told they don't lay off fork lift drivers but was just told something just for the sake of getting an assignment filled! total waste of time

Yea I keep trying to change my address on the app and every time I hit save, it doesn't save the changes. It says I've updated my info but the info didn't change at all. Fix bug and maybe I'll change my rating.
