After 2 years of trying to get these two monitors to work, they've decided now to charge a monthly fee for what was free and was the whole reason I purchased to begin with. Their support is a joke, they always say to send an email on the reviews, but they don't really answer the questions. Total scam. Totally unreliable. I'll be looking for another solution to replace these incompetent thieves

As of December 15th 2024. App now only shows current level of tank. Low tank alerts now require a monthly subscription fee. Zero out of 5 stars for taking away services that were advertised as free. There are cheaper tank readers available that can tell me my tank level. For the high cost of this device, alerts should still be free without having to pay extra now.

It used to be free... With all the features. Now they updated it and stared charging 29MXN Fdor something that was the reason you buy this thing. I stopped using it altogether since there is no benefit on having it, either way their alarms never worked and placing an order to buy gas was harder and more expensive. So I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS AT ALL. Improving the time experience by charging money for the basic function is not an improvement. I can check my gas manually every month.

Bought one of their gas tank level monitoring devices. It worked for about 3 or 4 months. It still shows up as a Bluetooth device on my Android phone, but the Levelgas app refuses to see the device. Sent an email rrquesting support. No response. Save your money. Don't buy anything from these idiots!

La aplicación era buena hasta que se introdujeron las funciones pagas. Las funciones gratuitas ahora requieren una suscripción. Reemplazando esto con Mopeka. Quizás un caso con profeco traería de vuelta las funciones con las que nos suscribimos originalmente. Hay 0 mejoras en la versión paga. La tenía y la cancelé. ¡NO LA COMPREN!

Cuando compre el dispositivo dijeron que la aplicación era gratis. Hace poco esto cambio y para hacer cualquier cosa te pide que pagues mensualmente. Eso debieron aclararlo desde el inicio. No se puede hacen pedidos de gas desde la app (lo más básico), a menos que pagues. RESPUESTA: el problema es que ya no tengo disponible la mayoría de la funcionalid de cuando compre el dispositivo. Venden un servicio y luego lo cambian y quieren que pagues para tener lo mismo que ya tenías desde un principio.

30 Octubre 2024, la aplicación Levelgas no abre, al momento de seleccionarla para que inicie, marca error y se cierra por completo... Ha dejado de funcionar.
