I like the app if one of the stops gets stuck on that date and time and you CANNOT hit the BLUE READY TO BE PICKED UP, at the top, because it's still stuck on the date that has already passed. There is not a way that I have found to bypass or remove/moving to if you hit ready to be picked up at the top it then sends the driver to yesterday's location.

I love the transportation because it's very VERY helpful to have. I just don't like getting dropped off to my appointments almost 2hrs early. Especially appointments that's closer by. But I can honestly say they're always on time with their scheduled pickup and drop off times, which is great. Also, scheduling the appointments is a breeze.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Every time I have an appointment, there's no drivers. The whole point of a medical transport service is for me to get to my appointments. It's complete BS. The customer care is no help either. Y'all need to fix your service.

Amazing!! Makes it a lot easier to schedule rides. Love that you can save locations as well as drivers.

How convenient is this app! it's saves a significant amount of time rather than waiting on the que to go down to place your ride. Awesome! Love it!

My 1st time using the service. Both drivers to and from my appointment were on time, pleasant, and drove safely. I will schedule more trips.

Not sure whether this should be a complaint of the app itself or the people providing ride services, but I was stranded at the hospital, outside in 100+° temps, for two and a half hours because drivers kept refusing my return trip - or so I was told. I will NEVER use this service again, and I'll tell everyone I know the same thing - for their own health and safety!!

The app doesn't work half the time. Logs you out occasionally and forces you to "sign up" and it takes days to get the email to get back in to it. It sometimes won't work during hours when they are not open and error message you to try again or call when they are in office. Which makes no sense for an app to have working people hours. I was understanding of these problems at first but the app has been around for months now and it still has this same problem.
