- App frequently hangs when you tab away and come back - horrible map and update refresh rate - possibly the worst parking scan process. It's criminal. If the parking q code doesn't pick up or the app errors you literally can't end the ride and they bill you $5 - support is not support. It's a hopeless deflection chat bot

Use at your own risk. They will anyhow charge $5 claiming indiscriminate parking when the parking QR code is missing at the parking place. The app doesn't have an option to repark when you tried manually enter a parking code. Best is to find another parking lot with QR code else be ready to be charged extra $5. But well whats the point of using their service when you have to park so far away from your destination whenever these issues occur. Lousy customer support as well. Appeal always fail.

Experience with bikes have been good. Works well 99% of the time. A bit sian with the difficulty of finding some bikes or errors in GPS. I was at an MRT and it showed 5 bikes available at a certain spot. But when I was there, there were only 2 bikes there. 1 chain spoiled and the other cannot use On a side note, managed to find a new bike, and the feel is amazing

There are not enough bikes and parking spaces in my area (nus campus). Seriously?! Whats the use of a rental bike when you have to walk 15 minutes to the nearest bike and then have to walk another 15 minutes from the parking space to reach your destination. The lights of my bike were not functional and the route planner of the app took me trough obscure places and wanted to take me trough places where you're not allowed to cycle. Also, none of the bikes seem to have gears so cycling goesslow af

The app sucks, the app does not load properly and I have closed the app and open the app multiple times, I even had to uninstall the app and reinstall it and I could not end my trip, and it seems I could not press anything like wallet, trip history, etc. It will just say "waiting" or "loading", and it would not load at all. please fix it.

have always been a strong supporter of hello ride due to the quality of bikes and the good rates for pass (5 rides in 3 days 1st hr free) - which allow me to ride with my family without owning a bike. appreciate the new bikes that have the reflectors on the seats which keeps the bike seat cool under hot weather. love it.

Way better then anywheel, better seats , better lock , better app design and most anywheel bikes are like broken but hello ride arent. If your choosing between hello ride or anywheel I recommend u choose hello ride because of the fresher app design , if u commute from A -> B and u do something at B but when u return to B , anywheel bikes won't be there due to demand but hello ride still will be , thus , I can really say hello ride is the best app sharing. transferred from anywheel to hello ride

Could you maybe make it not impossible to change details? I did a ride, forgot it was an old card and it took ages to pay for it. I managed to do it and it's reverted back to me old card and there's no simple prompt to change card. Bruh I'm trying to pay an you're making it so much harder than it needs to be
