I could not even try the app. It is so full of ads. The first thing it does is pull up a full screen shopping ad. It wont leave the ad, and you cant use the app with the ad full screen. Closing the ad does nothing, it takes you to the play store to install the shopping scam. These idiots need to be reported to google.

It doesn't turn my TV on or off. I have to manually control the volume. it's got a round circle that is your controller and it's sensitive when you were actually going to be going to the rights to a different selections it'll go ahead and select something for you then you have to back out and start over it's just a frustrating app and I hate it. I tried to get my money back but it's non refundable. Thats the only reason they're still in business. Customer satisfaction is not guaranteed!

Easy setup, but what irritates me is that its so slow. My tv reacts so slow or way later! When I press the middle button, it doesn't even select anything or it doesn't work at all. So disappointed!! My nephew misplaced my remote so I had to rely on this, and this dont even work well!! Going to order a new remote and cancel this app!

This app was originally free until I just updated it. Now I have to pay for it? Also, the whole reason I downloaded this app is because my children misplace the remote for their firestick but if I have to activate the debugging on the firestick with the remote everytime to allow it to connect, what's the point in having it? Once its connected, I shouldnt have to continuously have to reconnect it.

It sucks. Every time you go to use it, a pop up comes up just as you go to push a button the "remote", the ad starts and you end up pressing setting on the ad, then it opens another page... I mean, I've seen clickbait before, but this is timed perfect so that you accidently click the ads. Pretty clever... Uninstall...

1 star. Would give zero if I could. Horrible and useless app Uninstalled this app just as fast as I installed it. This is app is not free. I'm not paying to use a remote monthly. Furthermore, it doesn't make sense that I have to change the settings on the fire stick to be able to use the remote. I don't have a remote that's why I need the app

I got this app because my remote broke. Now I've paid 15 dollars and can't turn the volume up or down with out having to tell alexa to do it. Which is VERY inconvenient and sucks big time. This app does not give you the same features at your remote and it lags so it skips around as your scrolling through. I'm very upset but now I'm stuck with it because I have no other option.
