Very clunky app. Needs to have an unlimited data plan or does not work properly. I often get alerts when I arrive home and connect to my home network. My schools network often logs me off and then I cannot receive alerts. I am then blamed. Are school drills are terrible with 20% of the phones not working properly. Text message alerts, learning management software and an old fashioned alarm would do the same thing and be more reliable. It gives administrators a false sense of security.

This is a terrible app. I feel like it is both draining my battery and also actively making me less safe at work. It doesn't send alerts appropriately. It's very delayed. There there's no way to know if it will work or not, but it is constantly running and draining my battery. My battery life has changed dramatically. This app should be taken off the market.

Ever since being forced to download this APP for my son's school, my phone is CONSTANTLY crashing and restarting randomly. This APP has taken overy entire phone, and there is absolutely no way to prevent it from opening at start up. Once it is downloaded, it automatically opens any time my phone starts up, which, as I already stated, is now randomly throughout the day. Additionally, all of my other constantly crash and I am no longer able to send or receive texts

Current version (6.21.0) is buggy in Android. Specifically, the roster does not display. This is an important feature for emergency management. Customer Support has been challenging for us during our time using the product. We are strongly considering changing vendors.

I really appreciate the information and people-connecting that it provides. It bugs me that the icon shows up at the top of my screen to tell me it's running. It's installed and I'm signed in for notification purposes. Don't need it draining my battery 24/7.

Has promise, but putting the icon in the status bar is a negative. Especially when I select the icon the app just closes and does nothing. Would be useful if the app opened or allowed disabling the icon from always showing. Change that and it gets better!

Trying to respond to a crisis and communicate in the group is slow and clunky You can't search through threads ***Thank you kindly for your offer to help if I email you with more details; however, its not a troubleshooting problem, its a design flaw. You need to add a search feature and a sort by keyword(s) feature to your threads.

Will not delete the schools that I have not entered thus getting all of their drill messages as well as other inhouse messaging. I am a substitute and travel to a different school almost every day. Update: removed a star because I never received an answer back from support and nothing has changed. Still receiving alerts and have seven campuses listed since I substitute teach. Cannot delete the schools from the message section.
