Update : bought few items yesterday from this app and few items were missing. There is no way of speaking to the support directly. They will give a missed call and close the ticket pretending the it's resolved. I lstopped using this app once they started selling most of the vegetable by count. It didn't make sense. Gave them same feedback but no one cared. 30/1/2023: Good app, easy to use. Fresh and quality vegetables. Rates are reasonable. I hope they continue to maintain the same standards.

This is the worst app I’ve ever used. They sent me rotten vegetables, and when I complained, they issued a coupon but later revoked it, promising a bank transfer instead. It’s been nearly three weeks, and I still haven’t received the ₹700 refund. This is the third time such an issue has occurred. Is this how customer service should be handled. Avoid this useless app.

Worst app. Ordered items on 03.11.2024. Many items were missing while the delivery person brought it. When enquired about missing items, he told that's not his business and he will deliver items given to him only. So we returned whole items and requested for reimbursement. Even after repeated follow-up, till now our amount is not returned back. Worst app ever seen

Think they shutdown the business, the app is not working and the customer care number is also returned to the network it seems. Really disappointed with my last order there was around 140 rs product was mentioned as iut of stick after ordered and when tried for refund the app is not working and contact numbers are either returned to the network company or switched off. Be aware people...

Very bad service. They always don't deliver few items and don't even initiate refund process from their side. We have to take lot of follow up to get refund. Also, It is very difficult to reach customer care people.

Initially I found their service good. But now two incidents happened that I forced to downgrade their rating. Firstly they delivered rotten vegetables one day, what I could not use and thrown in dustbin. I gave feedback in the App but nobody responded. Secondly today out 8 items ordered, one item has not been delivered. Again I have given call back request but no body responded. Even after paid for the item and it is available as per App it is not delivered. Very much disappointing.

The quality of the product comparing to other online apps its good. But in the recent days delivery is the worst part and needs more improvement on the delivery and customer support. We can't call directly to customer care we need to give a request then they will call after the delivery but in the app it will be mentioned as "we will call you back in 30 mins" I facing the delivery issues frequently now a days. I waited for more than 6 hours from the schedule time.

Very bad. I want to contact their customer care bot not able to contact. Email Id and phone no given in app and their website are not correct. They are taking money and delivering only partial items.They closing complaint without refunding missing item price. Don't trust him.
