I prefer to shop prices on higher priced Scrips. Express is 95% better than other pharmaceutical, but searching saves money! Mail order saves time & travel cost, but postal delivery has been timely, easy to re-order, and orders are very accurate! I feel the bags could be smaller and less paperwork included(save-a-tree)! By phone, Express is GREAT, but I wish they would enable the Digital security code by Text message...rather than or added back along with email confirmation!! BigT

For some unknown reason express scripts has decided my biometrics data has changed and will no longer open without signing in. The only reason to use the app is to be able to open with out having to stop and look up my pass word. Since every other app is able to use biometrics there seems to be a problem with express scripts not my phone. If this keeps up I will remove express scripts and only open on my computer. Express scripts really does me no good.

The app is satisfactory. It fulfills its intended purpose and is a relatively user-friendly app. However, it can become somewhat cluttered and occasionally confusing by displaying the same medication multiple times. Additionally, it does not automatically remove old medications from view; this must be done manually, which can be frustrating. Hence, the four stars.

Biometrics works well. Unable to remove old meds on list, archive to "reduce" confusion. My insurance company requires that I approve all automatic refill, this process is annoying. You have a 7-14 day window before your meds run out. Once orders are in, delivery process is pretty good, items that must remain cold (cool) are packeaged satisfactory. Overall, the place the order process through the app is the strength, getting the item into the cart can be a daunting set of steps.

Can't add a credit card to pay bill because of a bug entering the expiration date. The dialog says format is MM/YY, but it interprets this as MM/DD and will not allow entry of a year. Melting garbage for testing was done on an essential feature. It's literally four digits people. A dialog with a calendar widget is not necessary. Just let people type in the four digits. They can't do that successfully, hope is lost.

ES has improved their communication with doctors. But, the worst elements about Express Scripts is their disregard for sustainability in their packaging and their poor use of "label real estate." Express Scripts: change to a peelable label, so when the bottle is empty, we can peel the label off easily before recycling the plastic bottle (like Walgreens & CVS). Second, there is a ton of blank space on the label but you insist on printing in miniscule typeface, difficult for seniors to read.

I'm 84 years old. I have tried several times to reset my log in and can't get it to work. There are too many security sequences to go through and it requires a password that I'll never remember. I'm tired of talking to that annoying computer voice to order my rx. All in all, I'm thinking of switching to another store.

Does the job with only a few annoying features. It's still better than the phone automated system for most things. Did not let me request a refill despite having 2 refills remaining, but when I called, the refill was processed. For the last two years, I have been able to request refills on the app.
