Usually not bad. But the "thanks matters" card is declining literally every single transaction i attempt. Nothing like getting a bonus and having Zero access to it. And no physical card doesn't help. Also...NO LISTED WAY TO CALL OR CONTACT MOTIVOSITY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE! Sure, a hundred ways to reach out to their sales team to implement this with my company. But zero support after that. Awesome.

EASY. CONVIENIENT. SIMPLE. I wanted to check my Thanks Matters card balance the other day out to grab lunch, and it's right there when logged in! Needed to grab someone's cell number on the go—could call right from the clickable number in their profile. This app is built just like all the ones I'm used to using every day, so there's no guessing about where to find things. I understand any app attached to money needs extra security, but I love that you guys added the biometric sign in, SO FAST.

So far, it's great! The only thing that I'm seeing as a slight annoyance is that I have to login each time I open the app including entering the 2FA code sent to my email, even though biometrics are turned on. Not sure if this is a bug, or working as designed.

AMAZING! The new version is so slick! Simple, easy to use, very intuitive. This tool is great for saying thanks to my team. I have transparency into all the great work that is going on around the company. I can jump into the celebrations with comments and emojis, I can even send a dollar. I can learn and connect with my peers. The contact info saved us, we needed directions and did not have a co-workers number, I was able to get there here. Best of all, I can see all the money on my TM card.

This app is not a app it has you log in to the browser and if you company does not allow to log in on other devices it will NOT LET YOU IN!!!! I have switched phones and did not have any issues logging in till my new phone and now i have to be working and on my work computer to give anyone a appreciation. That to me is just stupid.

I love the new design!!! It is a clean fresh experience that makes me want to use the app more often. Sending appreciations is easy and fun and the new employee directory helps me get to know team members roles, responsibilitirs and interests.
