MyHome has been abysmal for quite some time. Every time I try to make an appointment ,9/10 times it's not available. For example, I book for 12pm and says it's not available so I try different times until I get lucky and even if I get a time they almost always late or never show up. Why show us available times in the first place? I try to call customer service but the number is unavailable so you're forced to go through whatsapp where they apologize and the cycle happens again and again.

Although the app is OK, the customer service falls short. You try to contact someone, and they can't help you out. They promise calls, but nobody calls back. They did a no-show for a cleaning. I asked for a refund and still have yet to get it or anyone willing to give me information on when I can get a refund. I do not recommend MyHome services to anyone.

Positives : The app works seamlessly. Very Prompt service. Negatives: We used their service for cleaning for 4 split unit air conditions. All what they did was take out the filter out of the a/c and blow clean it (which is something we could do ourselves) . This sure must be an expensive way to blow clean a filter. Suggestion: That work is detailed (and what it includes and does not include) so that users like me are well informed before they make use of their service. In fairness, this is a great application to find prompt home service - something most of us struggle to to get in Kuwait.

I love the service but It can be more discounted for cleaning as the market offers much cheaper options as well. Also TIP: I had the same problem that someone mentioned, it asked to update but there was nothing to install. Once I went to settings and cleared cache for this app It got updated.

Excellent App. The photo function helps out the serviceman and they usually call beforehand to ask questions about the pictures you send describing your issue. The servicemen have been consistently clean, polite, hygenic, on time and incredibly professional. The billing system is very convenient. I usually don't know how yo descrive the issue I'm having, so I choose to let the technician assess the problem with the 5 KD credit, which goes towards paying the final bill as well.

Service was scheduled at 10 p.m., yet no one showed up nor called. When I called, customer care was not available. I have been charged with no service. I called the service provider company, and he said I can't make it. He actually was rude and not helpful. Customer care called me and fixed the problem. They also compensated me generosity. I am changing the rating to 4 stars to encourage them to update the service.

Very bad app .. and very bad handymen .. I asked for installation for "ikea bed" which is super easy to install. The price on the app was 5 kd. The man spent 3 hours trying to figure out how to fix it and then he said it will take one more hour and I can't fix it and he left without fixing it! And the funny thing they asked for 35 kd additional cost!!! + her broke the bed! I made a complain and no one called back.
