I wasn't motivated to return after the intro class. I honestly only returned because I paid for a membership. My first official class was with Meagan in Plantation. What a difference! She gave personalized attention and motivated without being demoralizing or annoying. She focused on form and gave plenty of modification options for different fitness levels. I left wanting to come back for another intense workout. Sloth mode deactivated! Meagan is awesome! Try her AKT classes, thank me later.

I love AKT! You won't find a better workout out there. The music and fun lights add to the high energy workout. I love being able to tune out & work hard! It's none stop from start to finish. Keep getting error messages, information not loading and failing to connect to server. Unistalling and reinstalling fixes it, but I seem to have to do this about every 2 weeks, often happens, as I am trying to get to the schedule.

Every one I had contact with that works here is genuinely friendly and caring. There is no judgement. They are awesome at following up with me and ensuring that I had a pleasant experience. I work better with an instructor in a group than on my own. It's a great workout and the equipment is sanitized after each use.

Today is the second time in 3 months the app showed no classes and error upon refresh. Uninstalled and reinstalled the first time and the error went away. This is now the second uninstall/reinstall I've had to do and the app still doesn't work. Unreliable and frustrating.

Great app but missing the casting feature. I have to use the online version to cast to my TV. And the online version isn't the same as the app. I really enjoy AKT GO but the app isn't worth it if I can't cast. Working out from a cellphone isn't thrilling.
