Mostly links to web pages. If your website is badly organized, fix that. Don't make an app that's the same name as the Advancement tracker and Rank/Merit Badge sign off tool, but have it lack all those features.

This app is beautiful, it's a shame the framework it is built on is such a failure. Constant issues logging information to the wrong users, inconsistent instructions on how to sign up / use the app, and a general lack of any actual connection between the membership information already existing in Scouts BSA makes this app worse than unusable. It may be the reason I leave scouting after over a decade of being a leader and encouraging others to do the same.

Please update the passbook feature so that when I select to save my Membership Card in my digital wallet it saves as a .pkpass file. Google Wallet now supports passbook files, so if the passbook downloads with a .pkpass extension then Google is able to import it seamlessly. I renamed the downloaded file to passbook.pkpass and imported it with no issue.

It crashes every time I open it. It immediately shuts down and restarts. Then it seems fine the 2nd time. Not sure why, but it's getting on my last nerve. The other Scouting apps have similar behaviors.

I never wanted to smash my phone using my own skull more than when I use anything remotely related to myscouting. The website loads (if at all) at a pace that of a snail. Text is cut off in some trainings, the interface is beyond broken, the list goes on. It's unfortunate that the only option for these types of trainings nowadays, which are required to do for certain events, are locked behind a broken mess.

I'm not sure who is doing the QA in this app, but it is clear it is not being tested well enough. The update in the past few days has completely broken the training section. It repeatedly tells me to use the latest browser (detection is obviously broken because I am using the latest). Scroll bars inside scroll bars. Non-mobile friendly fonts, menus, buttons, Etc etc etc I build systems and do this kind of things for a living. If you want a thorough QA analysis, please give me a call or email.

A Google user

It is Not the most user friendly. Also, it does not update timely. I took my Youth Protection renewal several weeks ago and printed my confirmation page, but it is still showing up as expired and I haven't received my email confirmation yet. Also, there is no ability to communicate through the app. Currently a bit frustrating. Hopefully it will be tweaked.

A Google user

During training, the app kept freezing up causing me to have to reboot by logging out and signing back in. During the quizzes not all the answers are CLEARLY VISIBLE and dragging option has issues making it hard to complete and pass them proficiently. Otherwise it's a descent app with a way to learn and utilize training videos and resources at one's leisure.
