The latest update is a nightmare, the streets do not auto populate, the printer disconnects Incessantly, you have to press buttons to view your totals instead of it just being there, it is slows and it crashes all the time. Please go back to the drawing board with this update, it is bad! it's been almost a month and no update yet. the latest update dated June 12 is actually another nightmare. it drains the device even when charged and now the pictures freeze up all the time. zero stars if I could

Rating is not 1 star, its below zero. This app is absolutely trash. The layout is garbage, field population is inconsistent. In fact, the only thing thats really consistent is the "Calculating adjustments" errors that make ticket writing impossible sometimes. Getting rid of ComPlus was the worst thing Passport ever did. Avoid this.

the experience we have with this passport app lately have been really bad. the app is not connecting to the printer at all. the app wouldn't allow user to take pictures and save pictures .

This app is really bad. It's supposed to make ticketing easy but it doesn't work right, everything has to be done manually and it doesn't sync. Printing tickets is a complete headache. The dev team is not good

Horrible and a waste of time. Don't install this app . I can't even create account. Why does it want permission to manage my phone calls and access my pictures. It is wanting a lot of unnecessary permission. I wouldn't even give this app one star

This is the parking attendant only app! The stupid people in West Hartford Connecticut have the wrong app logo on their sign so most people download the wrong app which doesn't work for paying for parking! Based on the years of one star reviews, they've allowed this to go on which means management at this company is inept!

Terrible experience, worst app I've ever encountered. I can't log in, cant create a new account, calling the phone number, there is no technical assistance or support of any kind. I am parked and left with no way to pay.

The main screen is not showing the tabs for ticketing and connect a printer. Have downloaded on several different phones and still the same thing...
